We just went to the Butte MT location and have to say was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant! It took 20 minutes just to get drinks and after waiting over an hour for our food we find out that the order was never even put in. They were completely unhelpful and rude so we ended up having to leave without even eating. Will say NEVER going back again!

Jada P. was our server and was terrible, she screwed up my order and we had to wait for our tots after we all got our food. Not only that it took a hour to even get our food. She didn't even refill our drinks and my boyfriend had to go to the bar and ask for our beers to be refilled. Worst service I have ever encountered and needless to say, we will not be returning to this place any time soon.

First time having Buffalo Wild Wings. Best service, we love Sara, she is a really nice person and gave us recommendations on the food choices, and the parade they have here for Saint Patrick's Day. We got 20 piece wings, for the sauces we got Asian Zing, Original Buffalo, Honey Garlic, and Lemon pepper. My family's favorite was Asian Zing-It had like a sweet and spicy flavor to it. My favorite was original buffalo. Our least favorite was Lemon pepper, we did not like it at all. We licked the wing, and was like no its not for us. The atmosphere was since and calm, they had not that many people because it was the day before Saint Patrick's Day, which is a big thing here. For our appetizer we got the 3 sauces and chips, the sauces where Salsa, Guacamole, and a cheese dip. My favorite was the Guacamole it was really good!

If negative stars for service was a thing, it would be here. We waited for 15 minutes, it was busy I understand that. Got seated, it took almost 30 minutes to be acknowledged by a server. Another 20 to get our drinks. We had someone in our group order a beer and it didn’t come until almost an hour after ordering. Food then took really long to come out. We sat waiting an hour and 45 minutes before we got food. Our server was short, couldn’t tell you her name. Then blamed everything (wait time) on every small little thing “the beer took so long because the bartender broke a glass” is what we were told. He broke the glass 20 minutes before we got the beer and 20 minutes after ordering it. As a server myself I was appalled. I watched her also have to tell every table around us sorry as well. But the wings were great!

First time trying this place and best damn wings I've ever had. The extra crispy bone-in with garlic Parmesan were out of this world and the fries were crispy and well seasoned. Thank you to Brandon at the bar for his recommendations and friendly service. Much appreciated ?

Every time we go there the service is very slow, even when it is dead inside. Did a to go order and it said it would be ready at a certain time. Went to get it and was told 6-7 more minutes, 10 minutes later I was told 6-7 more minutes. VERY

Pros: The food is good and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is always very clean too.Cons: The last few times I went there it took forever for me to receive my food. One of those times I had to wait almost an hour for a burger.
