I didn’t receive everything that I ordered and when I called the store they were like oh what’s the name on the order? This is what came through. I understand what came through. I only called to say I was missing items. You’re overwhelming yourselfs and rushing and messing up orders it’s also really sad when the managers are constantly telling the cooks what they need and y’all put your strive through before y’all do y’all‘s mobile orders and mobile orders and DoorDash are supposed to be put out first because they are on certain times Burger King needs a complete new staff and complete new management. I will no longer be going to Butte Burger King.

Ordered DoorDash tonight. My 3 kids and myself usually get this deal if we order Burger King. I add cheese to some of them and one has nothing. Tonight I received 2 whoppers, two fries, and two onion rings. Now I have to figure out something else as this won’t feed my three teens and myself. What a joke. It states at the top “Royal Four” meaning it’s going to feed 4 people! 🤦🏽♀️

90% of the time when I go to the Butte Burger King on a Wednesday they are out of a variety of items, though typically it is fries. I prefer Burger King to other fast food places, but I think I will start taking my business elsewhere.

By far the worst meal I've had from this location. I went around 9pm. Ordered the new pickle ranch burger, onion rings, and motz fries. Everything was old as hell. The patties were dry, the rings and cheese sticks were soggy. It was just bad. Don't sacrifice quality because it's later in the evening. Toss your old product out and make new. Have some pride in your work.

It's a decent place the driveway is ruff the food is good but the fries were not to warm usually it's not as bad as it was this go around me and my buddy both felt kinda gross after eating the bacon
