Its a nice burger and coffe joint. The inside seating is nice however it seems like it just doesnt flow well for a private conversation. I like that the windows are on Harrison which make for great people watching!

Went through the drive-through other than no suggestive selling as if we wanted a drink with our meal or a choice of anything. The person on the microphone was rude. The woman at the window was very rude and disrespectful, glared at us through the window several times! waited 20 minutes when we told it be 10 minutes for the chicken to be cooked, we won’t be back!! we watch the Cook, wearing a headset with gloves on touch his headset, then touch our food! Worst service ever!

There was a new girl on the register-her trainer and her were really nice. After reading the reviews, we expected everything to be fantastic and we’re really excited to get our food to go and enjoy it on our drive back to our hometown. Boy were we disappointed. So my husband ordered a Reuben and if they had put one piece of meat in the middle of the grilled bread and then squished it the sandwich would’ve been the same size as the one that we were served as there was hardly any meat or sauerkraut or onions and the sandwich was $15 à la cart!!!! What a letdown. Definitely not worth $15. I’ve included a picture so you can see what I mean by that. My salad was OK. They were supposed to toss the chicken in the hot sauce. I got the dressing on the side. I thought the chicken would be tossed. I ended up making a mess in the truck of the hot sauce, but the salad was OK. Nothing to write home about. I will say the carrot cake was absolutely amazing! So glad I got that delicious slice of goodness!

Steak n cheese is very dry hardly any cheese. Will not order it ever. Steak meat was tasty the size of the sandwich is

I think the food was pretty good here. They had a little case of sweets you could buy. You can order off a limited menu. But our food was pretty good.
Lots of fried stuff on the menu and wraps.
Prices are okay.

The food is great but they do not follow instructions whatsoever. I order on DoorDash and they mess up my order by doing a regular tortilla and not the spinach. Today I went and got my free replacement and I specifically asked for no cheese. I came home and there is cheese and still a regular tortilla.

Upscale prices for okay food. Burgers were okay. The bacon on them was terrible. The chili on my burger was awesome, though.

I am the Manager of a local business. We often order food for employees Birthdays. This time we chose BW Blacksmith. 50% of the orders were wrong even though detailed on the receipt. They list bottled soda on the menu. None of the soda that was bought arrived with the meal. The bag containing the fries had 5 ranch dressings missing lids and the bag was coming apart from leaking. Just a horrible experience and the condition of the food was not exactly pleasing. I rarely leave reviews but as a local business who gives business to multiple restaurants locally this was the last time I use BW Blacksmith for my entire stores lunch selections. No attention to detail and no sign of caring about the customer. For the price I paid, you would expect something a lot different in the customer service aspect.

First time here. The one star is strictly for the coffee. Service was good at the drive thru, she was friendly & fast.Did say at the window that she hoped it was fine that she added a chocolate drizzle in the cup. We said that's fine, but wondered why she even asked as it was a 12 oz half caff MOCHA breve we ordered. We'd obviously expected a pump or two of Ghirardelli chocolate syrup or something similar, so a drizzle of extra would probably go unnoticed and not need to be mentioned.WAS piping hot, too hot for our preference but we hadn't said otherwise. The lid was properly attached, but barely clicked to the cup, so was worried about that, but luckily no accidents. Think they'd be wise to change the cups. The unfortunate...didn't even TASTE or SMELL like mocha, OR coffee at all for that matter!Also not certain it was half & half, seemed thinner like milk. Didn't taste BAD per se, but really had almost zero taste of anything, but teeny bit sweet, NOT exaggerating.Wondering if they didn't know what half caff or the whole order meant? Not sure what it was, but idk if any espresso was in there at all! Took the lid off and stirred it thinking maybe something was on the bottom, but no. Looked light caramel colored from I assume the chocolate drizzle that had been added. SUPER disappointed for $6.75 which included a $1.00 tip. An establishment CALLED a coffee co. should focus on coffee and be pros at only that. We HAD concerns of coffee AND burgers/sandwiches, breakfast/lunch/dinner at ONE place, doesn't make sense, but decided to try. The food menu DID look great though! Serve coffee OR food, maybe not both. Bummed it wasn't good.

I come here a couple of times a year to get the biscuits and gravy. Today, I was the only one in the drive-thru, yet, I got told to pull over for my order. I got my back and it was cold. I could only take a little bites before giving up. Service has been gradually declining since the store opened on 20th St. I don’t know if its short staffed or what, but I am pretty let down.

This place is fantastic! We were traveling from Colorado to Montana and stumbled upon this place when looking for lunch. We deliberately sought it out on our way back through for breakfast. Great food, service, and prices. I will definitely stop again when traveling through Butte.

This is our second trip here on our way to and from Colorado. The food is amazing and the service is great! I highly recommend this cute and quaint resturant. Great coffe and great food!!!
