I wouldn't call this mexican, more like, mountain mexican? The sauces they use are rich, robust and more akin to gravy in flavor. The chili verde had chunks of chicken and tasted like chicken gravy. The meal wasn't bad, it just wasn't what I think of when I think of mexican. I'd say give it a shot you might like it, if not there are other options. It's certainly popular locally.Side note: not much in the way of spice, but most people around here don't seem to like spicy. Im sure if you request it they can kick it up for you. They were certainly accommodating to me.

While my memory of previous visits was hazy, the exceptional dining experience I had this time around left a lasting impression. The food and service are fantastic and it is a comfortable and inviting atmosphere! Highly recommend the pork sopapilla and the shredded beef Taco burro combination plate. Also the potato skins was a great appetizer! Our server was very attentive and took excellent care of us!

The atmosphere of Christina's is reminiscent of a few places I've been to in Mexico. Friendly staff. Decent Mexican food flavor. We'll be back :) (sorry, no pix this time on the Friday after a long work week). It's a nice place to enjoy a raspberry margarita to start the weekend.
