Everything was great till i got to the drink. I ordered a caramel frappe and while it looked really nice and all, the taste wasn't up to par. I enjoyed the whip cream the most. There was hardly any flavor to it. I felt like it was more ice then anything. I will try another one another time and see if it's changed any. And if it's good I'll change my rating. Other then that it's quick service and friendly people. What i loved the most was being able to order online and then picked it up and took under ten minutes and was ready to pick up. So that was made easy. Tysm..

So…. I have to give 5 stars. I am super picky and most definitely a coffee/drink snob :-) My daughter had some drinks door dashed from here for us and I was nervous about trying anything because I’ve had bad flavors/experiences from other local shops. However I decided to try the wild berry smoothie and it’s AMAZING!!!! The order was made and delivered quick and fresh and the quality of the drinks are to die for!! Thank you sooo much if I could give more stars I would!!!!

We got two coffees which were $14. I got a simple americano and my wife's got a drink with flavors. It is ridiculous that my drink costs the same as hers considering I got no milk and no flavors. The flavor of my americano was not very good and my wife's drink was made wrong a first time and then made wrong again. We didn't know it was wrong until we were long gone. Not worth going.

When I first came back here recently, I was really disappointed. I had gotten coffee here before and it was excellent — some of the best in Butte. But that day, what I was served was far from that. The barista was new but friendly and the service was good, but the coffee itself was watered down and just not up to the standard I had experienced before. I left feeling let down and shared that in my initial review.
What impressed me most, however, was how the owner personally reached out right away after seeing my review. A few days later, I went back and met her in person. She was the definition of great customer service — passionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to her shop. She personally made my order and it was honestly some of the best coffee I’ve had in Montana.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business responds says everything. Copper City Coffee absolutely stepped up, and because of that, I’ll definitely continue to support this shop.

I absolutely love this coffee stand! Anytime I’ve had a rough day, I can count on them to cheer me up. I usually just ask them to surprise me, and they never disappoint! The drinks are always amazing! They even go the extra mile to match the flavors to my outfit sometimes, which makes it so much fun and shows how thoughtful they are.
So far, I’ve only tried their Redbull drinks with popping boba, but every single one has been incredible. It’s not just about the drinks (which are delicious), but the experience!! They make you feel seen and cared for every time. Highly recommend stopping by if you want something refreshing and a little extra joy in your day!

Copper City Coffee is this adorable little coffee shop that I've made my regular spot for a caffeine boost. The vibe is super welcoming. They've got a great range of coffee drinks, and I've always been impressed with the quality. Their Americanos are rich and tasty, and the baristas always nail it. Plus, I love that they have a selection of muffin tops and bagels to go with your coffee. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. All in all, Copper City is an awesome coffee shop that I totally recommend.

Friendly staff and great coffee. Would have received 5 stars if we didn’t overhear one of the employees make a condescending remark about how my boyfriend ordered his coffee. I worked in customer service for years so i get it lol and I know that they probably didn’t think that we could hear them but we could. Just please be more aware next time, maybe make sure the window is closed or wait till we are gone. I got a pistachio raspberry white mocha and it was delicious.

We work uptown and Copper City Coffee has become one of our regular stops on our way home. We've enjoyed several different varieties of their espresso drinks and I especially love the specials because I get to try new combinations of flavors in my latte.
Service is always top notch - friendly and welcoming and fast - and we always have a positive interaction with all of their team. And I like their punch card system where I can earn discounts on future purchases.
