Please keep the drive-thru menu up to date if items are changed or discontinued. What is the point of claiming items are seasonal, when they’re not in a seasonal section of the menu? You can use good ol’ duct tape to block out items if they’re permanently unavailable.

The people work there are disrespectful and they steal. Meaning they can't give change back properly. They just assume that the money ppl give them to pay for there food is there tip money.

Earlier today, I was at the Dairy Queen on Harrison, and I experienced such a selfless, beautiful act. There was a little boy in line that ordered a medium cookie dough blizzard, but he only had four dollars. He said something along the lines of “I’m so excited to eat this blizzard because it’s been hot all day.” ? Then the kind worker at the register, her name tag said “Rory” selflessly paid for the rest of the blizzard. (It was about 6 dollars ) So, Rory if you’re out there, I want you to know that someone experienced your kind actions today

Apparently it's too hard to write notes on the door to let customers know they were completely out of ice cream and products... Half of our party ordered then was told that certain items weren't available. Dairy Queen staff weren't very helpful at all.
They were also out of all salad... Please post signs letting people know you were completely out of most everything that Dairy Queen has on their menu.

First off, terrible customer service ordered ahead and took over 10 minutes AFTER the app said it was ready, then had to wait an extra 15 minutes because the dude taking orders was doing everything else instead of handing us our order, and finally to top it all of they forgot our sauce that I watch one of the workers in the back fill up. If I could rate it a 0 stars I would.

Lots of tasty treats. Chili dogs, super crunchy onion rings, and ice cream treats are great.

I am utterly appalled by my recent visit to Dairy Queen. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of a disaster. First and foremost, on Father's Day of all days, the language used by the staff was completely inappropriate and unsettling. I never expected to have to shield my son from such foul language in a FAMILY ESTABLISHMENT. Now, thanks to your staff, I have to explain words to my child that he should never have been exposed to in the first place. Much appreciated on that front.

The service was equally atrocious. The hallmark of Dairy Queen's Blizzards is the "signature flip," which did not happen. Instead, my ice cream was melted and our entire order was served incorrectly. Not a single item was prepared as requested, and the level of incompetence displayed was staggering. Even the fries were left salted. Which is crazy when I ask for "unsalted fries," and am then told they'll be fresh.

This visit has left me questioning whether I will ever return to any Dairy Queen again. Such an experience is unacceptable, and I hope that management takes immediate action to address these glaring issues. Avoid this place if you value your sanity and your family-friendly dining experience. McDonald's or Burger King would be fine options opposed to the insanity that is happening at that store.

Kid-friendliness: DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT bring your children here for a meal! They won't leave with the same innocents they came in with.
