Rude!!!!!!! Went here for dinner was lied to about their blender being broke so they couldn't get a blizzard or shake. No napkins no sauces. Change was basically thrown at me through the drive thru.

Terrible...got my order wrong and argued about it with me Wouldn't let us eat inside because they were short staffed

We waited over half an hour to put in our order and the cashier was constantly going to the back to get something to eat, ignoring orders completely, and even eating over the top of them. Everyone was plain clothed in tee shirts and shorts. With a line of customers to the door, letting ice cream melt to the point that my blizzard was basically milk with nuts mixed in. With rude wait staff cleaning with headphones in around people they could have been helping.

I had a chili dog and I'll probably never get the chili again but their burgers and onion rings are really good. Of course the Blizzards are always great!

When my family and I showed up, there was one young man standing behind the counter, not in uniform, trying to decipher the orders that were sitting on the counter. I eventually found out the young man’s name was Roman. I.heard him ask this young lady if she could help the customer ahead of me and as this young lady walked by, she said no I can’t I’m busy I have my own thing to do. This young man wasn’t getting any help from the folks cooking the meals, especially when he asked for items that were supposed to be included in a meal and you could see the cook’s roll their eyes and act like it was a big deal to get the order correct. Everyone that work there looked very young and very inexperienced. Not to mention immature with no team work. I would never go back. However kudos for Roman.

The worst! Young girls working the window with rolling eyes, bad attitudes and speaking down to customers. Every single time our orders are incorrect, no exaggeration there it’s every single time. Tonight we didn’t even have cheese in your cheese burgers. Very poor hygiene cooks working the line. We’ve tried to give them our business, the manager is very nice and professional, but his staff is awful. Never again!

Food: My blizzard was great like usual at all the DQ we stop at during travel.
Service: There was a new person at the register so there were some hiccups and delays but everything was eventually correct and I was on my way.
Atmosphere: was like most fast food dining rooms at 4pm on a Tuesday but I took my cold treat to go.
Parking: there was plenty of parking for your smart car but if you have a full size truck you will be pushing the limits of the parking spaces and maneuvering will be tight.

Please keep the drive-thru menu up to date if items are changed or discontinued. What is the point of claiming items are seasonal, when they’re not in a seasonal section of the menu? You can use good ol’ duct tape to block out items if they’re permanently unavailable.
