Paid almost $14 for a burger that repped to be a hidden valley ranch burger yet there was literally one drop of ranch and it was still pretty pink in the middle and a diet dr. Pepper that was out of flavoring so more like club soda. At the end of the day I paid $14 to head back to work thirsty and hungry. Do better dairy queen.
I understand hiring young kids is part of owning the business but at some point there's gotta be some type of management supervision. They're all nice kids but they're so unorganized. The last few times I've gotten food they've messed up my order or they won't give me everything I order but still charge me for everything, ask for sauces they only give you 1 measely deal or they won't give you any at all. This place seriously needs better management.
the blizzard was literally just a bare base. can yall actually put the pieces and topping in next time.. thanks..

The fries were cold and the chicken strips were ridiculously small. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Went our for ice cream, online it says they are open until 9 for inside and 9:30 for drive thru. We showed up at 8:50 in the drive thru and intercom had a message saying they are closed for the night.

Watched employees microwave my burger, so I wouldn't recommend those at all. Employees also ignore door dash delivery drivers so good luck ordering out.

Over priced without anymore quantity or quality. Spent $28 for me and one child. Hamburger thrown together with one thin slice of tomato and some old lettuce remnants. Half a cup of old coffee and no creamer. Next time, I'll pass.

I love a blizzard. The service was pretty slow, they didn't give catchup with fries, and the ranch for the chicken strip was more empty than full when delivered.

We took our granddaughters in Saturday evening for a treat we ordered and sat down to wait for our ice cream, as we waited I heard a employee talking in the part where they do ice cream he was swearing a little with not terribly offensive language but still not appropriate for dairy queen, then in a loud voice the entire lobby hears him say MOTHER FU$$$$ my son yelled from our seat that language was not acceptable and I walked up to the counter and asked him what his name was, he mumbled it ,I think he said Brian farco,he never apologized the girl he was talking to was very apologetic I told him I would be turning him in.I called in Sunday and asked for a manager someone said they were but wouldn't give me a name and finally said the were a crew leader. This is not a place to take kids,we will make sure our entire family goes to bonanza freeze, you can thank Brian for the lose of our business!!
