Placed an order tonight, the order took an hour to arrive. Once again we received the wrong items. Ordered a Diet Coke and got a regular coke. When I called the store the manager said, “we have a lot of issues when you order so we just aren’t gonna take anymore orders from you”
This does happen all the time, wrong items or forgotten items. I’m not sure why that’s our fault, if you order something through the app and the order comes to your store clearly written, why would we continuously have these issues? Why would it be our fault that the staff delivers to wrong items or sometimes misses items. I’m having N a hard time understanding why a manger would be so rude about their clear mistake and tell me we can’t order from them anymore.

The person I talked to over the phone tonight to try and order a pizza was highly rude so we decided to not even place an order.
Took an hour and a half to get our bread sticks, sandwich and cheese dip. Missing the bread sticks for the cheese dip. Took an hour for someone to pick up the phone. Would absolutely never order from there again or recommend.

Honestly, I really like dominos. But the butte dominos SUUUUUCKS. Got a pizza and cheese bread the other night. Way too much crust. It’s like they are preserving their cheese and sauce down there. Bubbles everywhere in the pizza too. Not worth the money. I give them a shot every year or so and it’s NEVER better. They have no standard for quality here. Which is to be expected nowadays. People have no pride in what they do anywhere. Too bad. I mis when dominos was good
