They are the best! The food is great. Food is plentiful and the service is great. I have never had a bad experience in all the years of visiting the place. This place is a Butte icon and if you listen, you can hear our Butte accent in all the customers that visit. I love that about our very own Hanging 5.
I just had the worst experience at your restaurant. My partner and I have been driving all day for some reason we had to wait for an hour to get our food at lunchtime at a different restaurant and we pulled into Butte and we saw your restaurant had good reviews so we went there. Service was the absolute worst. We got here at 835 Sunday morning and did not see our waitress until 905 am. It took another 20 minutes to get our food. The waitress and manager that was on shift was very rude and kept harassing us at our table saying we have not been at our table for as long as we have. I have 2 kids and we have been waiting for almost an hour for our food.
