I just had the worst experience at a restaurant. My partner and I have been driving all day for some reason we had to wait for an hour to get our food at lunchtime at a different restaurant and we pulled into Butte and we saw your restaurant had good reviews so we went there. I wasnāt super hungry so I ordered the mac & cheese and a salad and then we got our salads of ice berg lettuce and underripe tomatoes and then we waited and we waited and we waited and we waited and finally after an hour our food came and I was served boxed mac & cheese. I couldāve just gone to Safeway across the street to buy myself a box of mac & cheese, and gone back to my Airbnb and cooked it myself in less time. I thought I was going to get real homemade mac & cheese. They kept apologizing for the wait, saying it was going to be worth it. It was not worth it- that I got boxed mac & cheese. you should be ashamed of yourself or at least specify in the menu that itās boxed mac & cheese that little kids will like or something. I declined the mac&cheese and my partner asked for his sirloin steak to be boxed up. Back at the air bnb he stated, ā I didnāt know that you could get a steak this bad. Iām not even kidding. This is possibly the worst restaurant meal Iāve had in my life.ā Do not go there. We are from Spokane, Washington and in our ā50s. Itās not like we have impossibly high standards.

This place is connected to a casino so it has a busy environment. The food is excellent! I had a reuben and it's the best one I've had in years! They actually use flat cut corn beef seasoned to perfection. The baked potato is a delicious meal in itself. The servers were kind and attentive.

Service was the absolute worst. We got here at 835 Sunday morning and did not see our waitress until 905 am. It took another 20 minutes to get our food. The waitress and manager that was on shift was very rude and kept harassing us at our table saying we have not been at our table for as long as we have. I have 2 kids and we have been waiting for almost an hour for our food.
Manager tried blaming it on the casino side of things but it is completely empty and there is little to no one here.
Manager continued to harass me while I was walking out the door trying to get my 2 kids to leave.
I will not come back. Worst service Iāve ever had at any restaurant. Very rude and impolite

Breakfast this morning was not the best. The hashbrowns were ice cold, the pancakes were cold as well as the eggs on the ham and egg breakfast.

Whenever I am in Butte, this is my restaurant of choice. Excellent food and top notch service
My family and I ate here on Halloween (Alice in wonderland theme was so awesome) we had the BEST time. My hubby and son had their first Bison Burger (AMAZING BTW). My son was speechless for an adjective to describe how wonderful and hubby said it could go into list of loves. The guys also had a biscuit and gravy. We are from the south and it reminded them of HOME it was so good. My hubby wondered if his momma was in the back. The service, let me tell you about the service, we had the Red Queen, we have traveled 42 states, have eaten at hundreds of local restaurant, and it was without a doubt in the top 3 of service. We are definitely going to go back.
