Really good experience here today. Everyone working was so kind and thoughtful! They even gave me a free sample of the unreleased dragonfruit pancake! The food was amazing!

Did not expect to find such a lovely little cafe out here in Butte with so many options for vegans! Food was delicious, service was fast, and the environment is lovely. You can sit inside or outside on a quiet patio. 100% recommended!

The food was good who every the cook is its good, But honestly the other staff doesn't care about any of the customer nor the service. Silverware wasn't ready table wasn't clean. Alot of Eye rolls being ignored having to ask politely multiply times for food waiting a hour for water after we got are food. The staff walking around aimlessly. I would find a place with better service. Felt super unwelcome for a breakfast place.

This is an older renovated building with a small courtyard in back, this place has a great feel. We will be back.

Good coffee, delicious food, reasonable prices. But the real draw is the sweet friendly service. Don't miss the adorable secluded patio with tons of flowers.

The restaurant is absolutely adorable and when I first started coming here a couple years ago, it was good but the last four times I came in the last six months. It just got worse and worse each time.. the last time I came it was so bad I didn’t finish my food. The French dip sauce was basically hot colored water with no flavor and the roast beef look like it had been cooked three days earlier and just reheated. Even the bread felt a little stale. They also used to make one of my favorite coffees and this time I went it was not even drinkable me, and my friend just politely left our food and walked out and went to the M&M. It’s a shame because I really liked coming here over the years.

The staff was very friendly but after waiting 50 mins, I checked on our order and was told they were short staffed. Totally understandable but they could’ve mentioned that when we were seated. Our breakfast burritos and sandwich were bland. When I went to pay our order was mixed up with another order. They straightened it out and were apologetic. The people behind us were leaving without getting their food because they were tired of waiting. Look, we may have caught him on a bad day. Stuff like that happens. On the other hand, The food really was meh. At least on this day.
Absolutely amazing food with wide variety of vegan and gluten free options. Horrible service. Extremely slow and understaffed. We watched our food sit ready to go for over 20 minutes before anyone brought it to us. We did not see a server except to receive our food and to place our order (which we had to flag down someone after sitting at our table for 30 minutes.) Super disappointing to see such a great place fail.

We arrived at 12:15 PM on Tuesday. Lunch is one of their main meals so I recommend coming a little early as they were extremely busy and seemed shorthanded. They were very friendly, but it took an hour and 45 minutes to have lunch due to the shortage of staff. We ordered one of the bowls and the Greek salad and some chips and salsa. The bowl and the Greek salad were fantastic. I was very disappointed in the chips and salsa as they brought us a small bowl of chips and a tiny little container of salsa and that was eight dollars. I do recommend this place as it is one if not the healthiest place to eat in Butte Montana. If I come in the future, I will try to come early or at a little bit of an off time.

Are you in a hurry? Does having to eat, and hanging out with other humans, annoy you? There's a Taco Bell on the corner, go there. But you didn't, because the Bird is the civilized antidote to what's wrong with you.

I came here for the vibe despite the bad reviews, and I’m so glad I did. The place was about 1/3 full. My food was fresh and hot, the service friendly and appropriately attentive, and overall really chill. The WiFi is fast, the bathroom clean, and the space very comfortable. If you come with a relaxed attitude and are friendly and patient, it’ll probably be a great spot.

Had a great breakfast. And the patio was a cool place to be.
Stopped in for coffee and to work from the cafe for a couple of hours. Coffee was good, the staff was friendly, and I enjoyed seeing locals and out-of-towners (it was the weekend of the folk festival) stop in for coffee / lunch. Their patio out back looked very cute!

It's a cute local spot, but I would never come back. Went in for breakfast and ordered the traditional breakfast which comes with eggs, a protein, and toast. Tried to order tea but they were out. The food came out quickly, but the eggs were room temperature and the bacon was so underdone it was inedible. Not one check in from a server beyond dropping more water on the table as she rushed by and reminding us - twice- to pay at the counter. It felt very much like we were being hurried along. As someone who has waited tables, I would be mortified to provide this kind of customer service.
I essentially paid 13 dollars for 2 eggs and half a piece of toast. I've never been so disappointed by an experience at what was supposed to be a great local spot.
