I have eaten here all my life and it's only been recently that the service quality has gone down when everyone before seemed really nice.Tonight however, I went thru the drive thru and ordered wings and onion rings with a couple sides of ranch. I got the ranch and wings..... Not my onion rings though. They gave me fries instead of my onion rings, and the guy taking my order and working the window had an attitude and seemed like he had other things he'd rather do than put on a smile and perform excellent customer service.Overall, good was good, but the service was not. As someone who has worked in customer service 90% of my working career, I understand having a rough day and dealing with people all day, but working fast food, you gotta keep the attitude out of your tone and double check your work/orders.

February 2 2024 around 12:30, I took my children through the drive through of downtown Pork Chop John's. The man who took our order was extremely rude, and cut me off many times while I was ordering. I asked for a couple ranches and he condescendingly said " define a couple." The food was great but the service was absolutely terrible, this isn't the first time I have experienced this at the downtown Pork Chop John's. So if you want excellent service I suggest going to the uptown location.

Definitely one of my all time favorites! If your new to this happening place... definitely try a pork chop sandwich deluxe, and add an egg and fried ham? y'all will love it! And if ya don't then that's on you, ? silly. BOUT WAIT THERES MORE! THE HOT WINGS ARE THE BOMB, AND YA GET A PRETTY GOOD PORTION FOR THE PRICE.Parking: The down town one has a parking lot. The uptown one has good parking as long as it's not too busy. But they are so swift up there.

The OG of the Pork Chop Sandwich! A must stop when driving through. Services is so local and personalized. Love the small town vide for sure! Little outdated but we were informed this was the very first one on the market years ago.

I have always loved Pork Chop John's. I had wished I didn't order mustard on it, as I feel I had too much mustard on my pork chop.
