I hadn’t been here in over a year because the last time I stopped in the person at the counter was real weird. “What do you want” with a dead behind the eyes miserable look. Anyway, went in tonight and had the same exact experience. I walk up and smile with a “hey how ya doin?!” where I was me with “What do you want” dead face. I said, “yeah, never-mind” and left. Went down the Road to the Pizza ranch and ordered buckets of chicken with the lovely young lady there. I won’t be trying with KFC again.

I enjoy kfc they have good food, but I wasn't very happy with waiting 10 mins just to tell them I had a order for pick up ready to go, it wasn't even the fact I stood there it was the fact that the two young men working couldn't Bother to ask or help me while the two gals did all the work. And the place needs a face lift, it's dirty it's old and could use a remodel

My husband spent 40.00 on an order. The fries were over cooked and the BBQ strips were nothing! Please get your staff trained right. 40.00 for unsatisfied food !.

Food was so fresh and tasty. This is what KFC is supposed to taste like. Not the oily, under cooked grey carcasses they sell back east. Polite and friendly staff. Love to come back but we live 2,000 miles from here.

I ordered a tender combo box, sandwich combo and 8 piece bucket on the app. When I got there they said they didn’t have soda, but didn’t offer to replace with anything else, an extra biscuit or something would have been nice. Then I get home and see that I didn’t get my fries and pie poppers or sauce that were supposed to come with my meal. So no drinks and no sides, no sauce. Overall pretty disappointed with this experience. Wasn’t worth driving 30 minutes round trip again for the sides either.

Don't taste like it did. I grew up eating KFC back in the 70s we are there every week. Now it's so small dry over cooked I can't eat it. I gave them 2 chances on different days, same both so I won't waste my money there

Can't believe I drove 30 miles for overcooked rubber tasting chicken beyond pissed will never go to KFC again
Got our order wrong twice. Seemed as tho people working there should maybe be at the rock concert fan club? Not the most, clean people. Lots of piercings tattoos and bad hygiene. Don’t get me wrong. Pantera is my jam but is it necessary to look like you’re straight out of a biker gang to go to work? Maybe take a shower? Brush the old hair with a fork atleast! Maybe? This is all coming from a gal with dreads, 20 some tattoos, and modeled for a tattoo parlor for piercings. Just think I’d like less hair in my food and more smiles and kindness? And perhaps a correct order? Chicken nuggets, fries, and a root beer shouldn’t be to difficult. 🤷🏻♀️
