They always have good stuffed crazy bread and pepperoni pizza good for a quick dinner for a 6 & 8 yr old kiddo after swimming

The rudest staff yet. We have put up with them getting orders wrong, taking forever because only 1 out of the staff is really doing anything but today the rudest yet. We asked for our oder which we ordered online. They just said oh that's in the box. Okay we try to figure out where our code is, clearly struggling finding it. No help whatsoever. Then we get it out and our crazy sauce isn't with it. We ask if we can get it and not one word but clearly pissed off and definitely putting her out to get our full order. The management and owners need to seriously take a hard look at everything there.

Should’ve known better, ordered online to avoid the wait and they threw the ticket away so now waiting longer for food that online said was ready. What a joke, staff has no idea what they are doing. Cheap food or not, not worth it.

Really tired of paying $12 for the most expensive pizza and being disappointed. I ordered the fancy pepperoni pizza which claims to have over 100 pepperonis on it.

It has 39(I counted). You'd think they would take care of the customers who order the most expensive items on their menu.

I guess I'm gonna go back to my $6 pizzas as they have the same amount of toppings.

It's a pizza joint, and so is the food yummy and affordable? Yes, why I rated it 4 stars, but that being said, the rest can be better. When the place gets busy, it always seems to run behind schedule and sometimes whay behind schedule having customers walking out angry, which is not good for business. Some may say that means it is busy, but if you're a business owner, you dont want that. If you run behind then you just missed other opportunities for sales so negative at the end of the day with negative customers feebacks. Now, whether it is due to not having enough employees, not wanting to hire more employees, or just bad employees, it is a mystery. If the place had the appropriate employees and amount, I believe the atmosphere equally would be more lively and there woukd never be a day behind schedule. But, I have also noticed that it has been like this for major pizza franchises where you'll only see 3 employees in the kitchen instead of 6 because everything is served online now. The Pros, companies save money. The Cons, we lost what restaurants used to mean that you could walk in, sit down, and enjoy your meal even if it is a pizza joint while the employees in the back actually enjoy working there. Pizza joints are high school and college jobs while the manager usually is someone who is part of the franchise. So, if you want good food, yes, it will deliver. But, will you get your food on time and walk out angrily instead of with a smile on your face? It's Russian roulette.

They went from having 5 chairs to having only 2 chairs... they aint making the pizza any faster... they want me so sit on the floor wile I wait 30 minutes for a $10 pizza who is managing this place??

Workers are incredibly rude and beware ordering takeout, they might give your order away or someone apparently can just take your order out of the pickup.

Maybe not plan parties on your phone while there are customers. Or talk about how your cousin is serving 20 years for knocking a guys teeth out but overall it's little Caesars pizza

The management team needs to train their employees on the meaning of customer service. As soon as I walked in I had a very unclean, unkempt young man come up and irritatingly say “What do you want?”. I replied “well I was going to order the crazy puffs meal and tip way too much like I usually do, but not with that attitude. Have a great day!”
Both the man behind me and I left with nothing.
Please train your employees on how to treat customers!
