It was only me and one other person in the store, and we stood there for almost 10 minutes before anyone said anything to us. And took another 5 minutes for someone to come up front. They weren’t rude but they weren’t the nicest either. But the food was ready so that’s nice. The pizzas are flavorless and absolutely riddled in oil. Even patting the excess off didn’t make it any easier to eat

They have elevated from just being cheap pizza to being right there with the others in the fast food style pizza chains as the best. Still won't compete with many nicer pizza restaurants, but it is probably best pizza for the price amongst its peers.

I dont know what it is with this store, but during the day you are waiting 30 minutes for a pizza. And good luck with delivery orders, you'll probably never see it. But at night? The pizzas come out on time and the employees are on top of their game. It's a crazy difference. Owner should honestly fire the daytime manager.

We were absolutely disappointed with everything. The young lady working behind the counter did NOT deserve the disrespect she received!! The manager should be so ashamed with the he acted. Claimed he was doing his “manager duty’s” while he sits outside making jokes with someone in their car, and the young girl is inside being grilled by one of the most disrespectful customers I have ever encountered!!

I just stood first in-line at the counter for 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged I was there. So I just left. They were filling orders right in front of me so it wasn’t like they didn’t have enough people working.

My hot-n-ready wasn't. I waited 45 minutes. They over charged me for the wrong combo and gave me the wrong order,, the deep dish was burned the Italian bread wasn't cut the thin crust was not cut and under cooked. They did comp me for a later date.. I called at 3 said I would be there at 8 to pick it up.. wasn't ready and waited another 20 minutes to get an undercooked deep dish and rock hard Italian bread... haven't been back since

Disappointed mostly in the online ordering service. I prefer to order via app because it’s easiest to communicate personal preferences and food allergies that way. My order was not received by the store despite the money already having been removed from my account and they requested that I make a new order and pay again.

I ordered on the app and it show it would be up to 30 minutes. I waited outside for it to be done. After it was supposed to be ready, I went in to check, but it was just in oven. Waited another 10 minutes and they still gave me the wrong order. I wasn't about to wait for another one. I think I'll be sticking with Domino's and Mckenzie River. At least they have consistently good service.

Came in got an attitude from the cashier. Ordered a hot and ready most bestest in which they had two in the warmer and was told to wait nearly a half hour. Got home and it wasn't even cut.

I found a plastic whire in my crazy bread (probably from a brush that over an inch long) I decided to keep eating and ended up eating another wire! I tried to call the Butte store to tell them in hopes to prevent anyone else from the same experience but no one answered and the voicmail box was full.

Orderd thru the app for delivery...when the driver showed up to get my order they said they didn't have one for me even though he had proof of my order, then after a few mins they said they did get my order but they didn't have stuff for 1 of my pizzas and told the driver to take what they had and leave without my complete order...no option to replace missing pizza or anything but yet they charged me for the whole order!! Tried calling the store but phone only rang and went to a not set up voicemail, called the number on the emailed receipt and they couldn't get ahold of the store either so they said they would refund me 15% of my order within 7 days...15% didn't even cover the price of the missing pizza...I also emailed corporate about this (but have been ignored)...all that happened on April 2nd and now here it is Aprul 13th and still no refund but they did take the full amount off of my card... so now I am out (after tips, delivery fees, and food price) $58 for like $31 of actual food...never had a problem with any other location but have had a few issues at this one so be warned if u order from this Butte MT location!

i have written a google review before about a year ago when i got my pizzas completely raw. and they still were. the pizza was straight dough. couldn’t even put it in the oven. called back and they said sorry we’re just busy. no excuse for raw food
