Always a great experience. Always great food and something fun going on. Service is good as well. Our server you could tell was new but that's alright she was friendly and everything came out perfect.

The Staff at this location is a JOKE! My wife recently visited this restaurant and had a horrible experience. She shared her experience publicly here with a call to action. The General Manager, Brad, responded to her comment and offered to resolve the issue.

She followed up by emailing him on the email address he mentioned, as requested, and I have attached a screenshot of that email. It has now been four days with no response. When she checked the original post again, she discovered that HE DELETED HIS RESPONSE!

This lack of follow-through and accountability is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I wish Google provided an option to add the video she took of her food that day. It was absolutely frozen and hard.

We had the WORST experience possible at this McKenzie River! We visited for lunch two days ago and the restaurant was completely empty, yet it took 40 minutes for the kitchen to prepare a simple veggie burger and a pizza. To make matters worse, my burger was COMPLETELY BURNT—so hard that the first bite felt like eating chips. I called the manager, Nick, to report the issue, and a replacement burger arrived in under 10 minutes. So my question is—does food quality and service speed only improve once a customer complains? Our server also did a poor job. During the 40 minute wait, we were only checked on once, if that. Our drinks were empty and we had to search for the server ourselves just to get a refill. I truly hope someone in upper management sees this and takes action because the staff currently running this location are not keeping their customers happy with food or service. Great place.

We usually enjoy the food here. The GF options are amazing. Our service is never really great, but yesterday we waited a long time to be seated. Server after server walked right by us. We were eventually seated, but no one ever came to our table. The restaurant wasn't busy but we watched as servers ignored us, and stood around chatting with each other. We took our business elsewhere.

It was our last night in Montana & it a great place to stop by friendly staff, good food, & nice atmosphere

First time customer i ordered a stockman pizza thin crust .It was awful under cooked doey . They told me 20 /25 minutes got there in 15 its was already cold . I ate one piece and threw the rest in the garbage.

Their Cajun pasta with chicken was delicious. My only complaint was the waitress only came back once and my drink never got refilled. Luckily it was only water but I was so thirsty I couldn't eat.
