There was no menu available for drive-through until we said something. After that fiasco, we waited for about 10 minutes or more for our food. Fast food was extremely slow here.
The young lady's customer service skills need updating.

The food wasn’t made right, and about six of us just stood up at the front waiting for someone to come to the front to take orders and fix orders whilst employees just ignored us and walked by. She then went to blame the cooks like she hadn’t put the order in wrong after we verified TWICE. After all of that we left with stale food. The worst service we’ve ever encountered, we won’t ever be back here

This establishment was so amazing, they were quick, served with a smile, and the space itself was clean and relaxing. Honestly the food was one of the best Mcdonalds experiences I have ever had. I swear the burgers actually were commercial quality which is crazy for someone coming from Vegas where Mcdonalds was subpar at best.

I’ve had a few good experiences with this location in the past, but one bad experience like tonight (1:55AM, March 30, 2025 is the timestamp on my receipt) will ruin any food spot for me. I ordered a pair of burgers, some fries, and some nuggets. Ate the fries and then the nuggets, then I was getting ready to devour the burgers. I opened one of the burgers and I was stopped by the smell. Nasty, RANCID meat. 🤢 Both burgers I had ordered smelled absolutely foul.
