I came in for lunch, no one else was there but the bartender was incredible. Very welcoming and kind. He recommended the special which was the chicken salad sandwich. OMFG, best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had! It was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend ??

Extremely disappointed in Metal’s front of the house staff. We often eat at Metals, and we were blown away by their lack of service this weekend. A group of 10 of us stopped in for lunch, 6 adults and 4 children. We asked for a table for 10 but they did not have availability at that time. Totally understandable, it was lunch hour on a Saturday. They did have smaller tables available that could seat 4 or 6, so we asked if we could just get separate tables as we were a group of friends with our kids and didn’t mind breaking our group apart. The kids were hungry and this seemed like a good solution that allowed for smaller seating and full bellies. The 2 young gentlemen working the front of the house, after walking around looking at empty tables and speaking to a waitress, told us they couldn’t accommodate any of us because it would be too much work for their servers to split us all up. We stood there confused and I asked the young man if he was joking. He said no, and so we left. Curious why Metal’s would turn away patrons when they have half a dozen empty tables. Should we have walked out, and then all entered the establishment separately, and each family asked for a table? We often enjoy Metal’s but after our experience today I’m not so sure we’ll be back.

The waitress was great! The food was real good. The prices were a little bit too high for our budget.Parking: There's not much nearby free street parking here. There's a nearby paid parking garage that has handicapped spots.

The bar is in an old bank building. Even the vault is open and visible. The Buffalo ravioli was very good. The burger was good. Many sprts on TVs around the room.

This restaurant with bar is a true gem in Uptown Butte. The crew here is full of professionals and Chef Tyler creates some fantastic dishes at very reasonable price points. Bar staff and management are the best, and this trickles down from the owner who is all about the give a damn which seems increasingly rare in the food industry. Pay keen attention to their dinner and lunch specials- some real gems to be found here in terms of comfort food taken to the next level. (A recent curry soup comes to mind, but I digress.) I highly recommend!

Amazing restaurant and hotel especially with calling ahead of time and even coming in for a drink and ordering

I have eaten there many times and the experiences were fine. Yesterday I went and ordered a chicken club sandwich. Another in our party ordered the same. Within an hour I felt quite sick, as did my friend. I ended up vomiting quite violently. I called the next day to let them know 2 of us ended up quite sick. I spoke with Jana. She abrupting told me they use only fresh food, asked my name and ended the call. I wouldn't have left this review had I felt listened to. I wasn't requesting reimbursement or anything of the sort. I was merely passing on what I felt to be useful information. I won't return.

A legacy always worth visiting. The portions are large and the grease is delicious. Perfect place for a beer-induced hangover. Service is commensurate with location. Super cool they reopened after the fire. Doesn't have nostalgia like before but would return when in area. Hopefully they are able to do something with the sinkhole next door.

Good food. Love eating by the vault. Our server was complaining about not getting enough in tips to her counterpart. Had to wait for a refill. The steaks are amazing. Love that I was able to watch my NFL team play football on the tv.

Great Digger dip and sweet potato fries! The Brussels sprouts are org bacon were also very good, but it could be even better with Goat Cheese instead of Blue Cheese. They charge us for refills on soda, that was unexpected :(

I didn't eat when I visited but the food looked great. Sat at the bar and had super service from Britany. Met some nice folks sitting on each side of me and had good conversation with them. Britany suggested some local Montana beers on tap to try. I had a hazy IPA and a Porter. Both very good. Highly recommend this to visit, eat and watch a game on TV. Very busy when I was there for TNF, but worth waiting.

we walked here for dinner from the Miners Hotel and it was a good choice The place is in and old bank building and we sat in what appeared to be the bank presidents office. I loved the history behind the place. the food was good and the prices reasonable. We stayed a few nights and had to make ourselves try something different on night two because it would have been easy to come here again!! Staff was great and service quick
