Services sucks. Last two times we have gone in, we have walked right out. Waiting 20 minutes for a server to come to our table no menus no water while we wait. Even ordering by phone to pick up is not so great either. The food used to to so good. Now it's a hit or mess

Love that they offer breakfast all day and it’s delicious every time I’ve had it with fresh coffee always being brewed! Staff are friendly and it’s nice to take my grandma here to see how they patiently work to meet her needs (poor hearing and vision make ordering a struggle for her)

Waitress and staff were exceptional and awesome. Probably wouldn’t go back because the other customers were rude and loud the staff were courteous and nice while handling it but it really ruined everything.

Sat at the bar for 20 minutes and wasn't even good enough to get a glass of water or menu. Guess they are so awesome that they don't have to take care a single customers. Sorry I'm not good enough to be your customer. You suck.
We had a great time until it was time to cash our tickets in, the older worn blonde lady with the dreds accused me of skimming the littles off the machines, she was very rude, as well as very unprofessional, we put money in machines to play the games and went to cash out, as some of our tickets were only cents, others were $346, and $134 I won over $400 there, and to be accused of this was gut wrenching... thankfully Tricia took control of the situation apologized tremendously as well as the other waitress, we didn't catch her name but she was very apologetic, we were gonna leave on a bad note, but because of Tricia and her professionalism and the other waitress we stayed and had dinner, the food was great, great place to unwind and have fun..
I ordered their Hot Beef Sandwich w/gravy & Mashed Potatoes. ($14.00) It came w/a side dinner salad, that was really great & filled w/veggies (pickled beets, sliced red onion, little cherry ? tomatoes, & croutons) the dressing tasted fresh made. My friend had their homemade Chicken ? Noodle ? Soup, that was so salty she could not eat it. We both had the same Hot Beef Sandwich. The gravy was also very salty & I could not eat mine,the potatoes tasted instant & they were covered w/the salty gravy. We eat there now & then & normally if you avoid gravy, some soups the food is pretty good. My dinner went home to my Little Yorkie, who also would not eat the gravy, potatoes, or any of the meat that had gravy on it. So I washed the gravy off the meat & she ate it then.I have had their Prime Rib dinner & it was excellent w/o gravy.Parking: More than enough parking in their parking lot w/handicapped parking.
