Store manager here is a complete, useless, self-centered moron. They screwed up our order, then called us a pair. The driver was 30 minutes late, and the pizza was cold, soggy, and gross. The bites were hard as rocks, and the driver had no change, so I had to run to the gas station to get change. Then, they forgot all of our sauces, which cost a buck a piece. Forget trying to call the manager here; you will wait on hold to get some tweaked-out kid to answer with an attitude and daddy issues. I can't believe this place is even still open; it's so bad. I will never order anything from these guys again.

We order often from Papa John's however on Oct 27,2023 my son ordered me pizza, chix poppers, and cinnamon bites! The pizza was the wrong kind , and the cinnamon bites were replaced by a cookie. And there was no blue cheese for buffalo chic! I called but sat on hold for over a hr and hung up. Forgot about it .Ordered again Jan 3,2024 again our cinnamon bites turned into a cookie. The box delivered said bites but it was not!!! I called 2 times that night sat over a hour on hold. The next day I called at 3:30 and got a very helpful man who I unloaded on. He said that he was sorry for the inconvenience and my entire order would be refunded, however since I paid cash, he said next time the order was complimentary. I was pleased.Until Jan 8th, we ordered the exact same and by Internet because we tried to do it by phone but was again on hold for over a hour.We put a comment on the section given for any special requests that this was our name , and it was complimentary. The pizza came, but the driver or anyone else , didn't bother to read the note. we called the store manager who basically called me a liar and told me that my name was not on a list for anything. He was exceptionally inappropriately rude. After trying to explain myself to the unreasonable manager and being called a liar I apologized to the driver and told him to please take the pizza back. However the driver left me with the cinnamon bites. That was nice, but given I was just told I was lying about the entire situation, this confused me. So this is papa johns policy for incorrect orders? Ignoring the fact I paid for cinnamon bites 2 times and never got what I paid for . And that they didn't deliver a stuffed crust meat lovers that was paid for on my birthday either. I find it criminal that Papa John's does not deliver what you order and pay for. And then treat you rude for expecting them to make it right.

Ordered online. Got my entire order wrong. Called to let them know and no one ever answers. Got connected to somebody at a call center. And they tried connecting also with nothing. The pizza was not what I ordered and paid for. And the customer service was no existence. Terrible.

Good location right next to Days Inn, convenient. Everything good so far, except there's no air conditioning (it's 80+ outside!), No menu displays working, what's with the management? Help your people out!! You've got hot ovens and hot people earning you money.
Papadilas are tiny for what they cost. Besides that is was close to burnt.Otherwise they have great pizza...good prices and promos.Vegetarian options: Great options

Was pretty disappointed with the customer service. Usually I don't care about TINY things but when you say you'll do something you do it. We ordered food, sauces and drinks. Got the food, no sauces or drinks, I did call because we had a long day and didn't want to leave the house again and I just wanted my drink, I was told they would bring it back no problem. Waited hours and they never showed. Kinda sucks to pay for something and not get it, sucks even more to be told they'd do something and it not happen. It happens all the time and I don't usually care but this time I did...

My family loves the pizza from papa John's. The prices are excellent, the pizza is delicious and fast (17 minutesfor 4 pizzas), and the staff is very friendly and helpful! They are definitely 5 stars to my family!
