They try hard but they struggle hard here. They have 7 in store workers and still can't get the orders out in a timely fashion. The manager really seems like she needs better employees.

My husband orders a pizza, it says it is out for delivery for TWO hours. We called the store to check on the status and the girl says that “oh it got missed in the warmer” how the hell?? Her excuse is “we have been busy”, offers to remake it but it would be another 45 minutes. When we call the main number to get a refund, the man on the other line states it was marked delivered. It’s wild that an establishment is even able to do this.

Walked in at 10:55, Floors FILTHY from yesterday! One table had spray bottle with cleaning solution on it! But most tables still dirty! Dirty high chair still at a table. Dirty drinking cup still on another table! None of the condiment trays wiped down. had to ask for a fork as they were making pizzas. No gloves on hands , and the driver was adding ingredients to a pizza the cook was doing. Food wasn’t bad but couldn’t get the filthiest out of my mind! So sad, it’s been many years since I’ve been in here and everything was very good then! Definitely not a recommendation!

The restaurant was crazy busy, delivery drivers coming and going. Only one table other than myself dining in. For the amount of food going out the door and activity levels in the restaurant at that time, I found the staff to be friendly and courteous. My order of pizza and breadsticks came out in 15 minutes hot and delicious Well done, Butte Pizza Hut.

I decided to go back to pizza Hut after not having been for a long time and it was just disappointing. The "deep dish" was anything but and very light on toppings - maybe 1/3 of the pizza had toppings. Crust and overall pretty much on par with a cheap frozen pizza.
