We stopped at the pizza ranch in rapid city the day before and it was just better so we were mildly disappointed by this one. The hours are listed wrong and the pizza was fine but the other stuff was not as good. It was pretty clean, but a lot of the arcade games were closed down or just didn’t work and ate our credits anyway. The staff was maybe tired from a long day.

We come over from Anaconda once or twice a week. We enjoy the food very much. The chicken is the best around with mashed potatoes, hot veggies, pasta, biscuits and gravey. The pizza is yummy too. If you don't see the pizza you want they are more than happy to make a fresh hot pizza to your liking. Their salad bar is always fresh with lots to choose from, cold and crispy and very tasty. Dessert is a real bonus! We enjoy the staff..a group of very hard workers...in this day and age with so many who don't want to work we should give grace to those who try to make our your dining experience very pleasant. There will always be one bad apple in any business that can throw you off, but this should not taint your experience...please give it another try and remember give people some grace as you might like it if your having a bad day. Enjoy your trip to Pizza Ranch, young or old, ball teams or family gatherings, clubs or just stopping off the interstate for a good meal...its a healthy alternative with a great price!
Always super nice staff! Food quality is consistent. The party rooms are always nice. Birthday party packages have greatly increased in price, so we will not do that again. It's cheaper to buy everything separately. The little gift bags are not worth the upcharge.The only issue I had was when I watched the arcade attendant take out a can of chewing tobacco and consume a pouch right in front of the little kids he was assisting. He then immediately turned and grabbed a toy prize with those same fingers and handed it to one of the kids. It was a bit off-putting and kind of gross.

Closing time is supposed to be when doors close to new customers, not when you shut food down. You need to change your closing time to 7 if you want people out by 8.

Friendly & helpful staff, good food and highly affordable lunch at just $10. I would give it 5 stars but the carpets really, really need ongoing deep cleaning. I liked the seating for all size guests and that the game center (video & other fun games) is clean and out if ear shot so adults can speak while children play together. Toppings on pizza buffet was good, wide variety and they did 'load' their pizzas, NOT skimp to themselves high profits for low quality, they strike a great balance!*Heavy senior citizen hang out along with mixed age crowd. Comfortable for all.Parking: I drove a large vehicle around back and was easy to get in and out.
