Cool brewery with a great selection of various beers.
Service was prompt and the staff and patrons were very friendly. Good size place, dog friendly and they have “mug Monday”! Dean and his beertender buddy were great!!

The beer was good and the barkeep was great to talk to. If we lived here this would be our go to place.

We had the porter (name?), had nice chocolate overtones.

I love the atmosphere of the place. Small enough that it's easy to get into a conversation with other folks. No TVs to speak of so don't have to talk over whatever sports game happens to be on. The beer is top notch! Currently the Open Pit Porter and the Ragged Shute NEIPA are my two favorites. They do 16 oz and 32 oz can fills as well and growler fills. I really do love Quarry!

Such an awesome brewery. Great atmosphere, not too big, not too small. The porter is amazing!

I was hopeful that the beers had improved under new ownership, but I couldn't drink mine. It was either infected, a bad recipe or the taps hadn't been properly cleaned.

Glad they are back in buisness

So happy that they are open once again! Had an amazing drink called a Triple... It was so so tasty. Will definitely be going back again soon. :-)

Great location. It's tucked away and has unbelievable atmosphere. We liked the Shale Pale Ale and Malachite Mild. The rest weren't really our style. Everyone should come here at least once. Great summer hangout.

Cool basement atmosphere. Came on a Fri at around 2pm. Breaking up our roadtrip. Decent beers. Lean heavily into the rock/mining aspect. If you're a geode buff, like history, and beer, this would be a cool stop in historic downtown Butte.

I initially went in here not having looked ahead to see whether they served food. I decided to stay for a pint because I like trying as many different breweries as I can; even and especially the ones that don't serve food so they can focus on their craft. The ratings did not disappoint! Tried a sample, was a little to hoppy and bright for me; tried another sample and ended up getting a pint. Also, they were super helpful with finding a place to eat since the knew the best places in town! I will be back!

Great brewery in Butte. Tasty beer, friendly and accommodating staff, interesting ambiance. Leashed well behaved dogs are welcomed.
