Saffron is one of the best places I've ever dined. The flavors and the care that the owner and chefs infuse into each dish are truly remarkable. The owner is enchanting; she came out to greet our large group and passionately shared her grandmother’s recipes from Saudi Arabia. Amazing food in a real Butte ambiance- well curated remodel of an old building retaining some quirkiness while feeling clean and fresh. The food had a great variety of texture, flavor profiles and was well presented. Happy to have some spice! The beer was cold. The service was sweet. Next time I’ll save room for dessert!!
