Ive literally eaten this place every time ive come to butte to fight directly after weigh in. It is such a great place. Service is always spectacular, food is always on point. Never been disappointed with anything ive eaten here. Seriously best spot in all Montana to eat.

Granted, I haven’t had the pleasure of exploring Ireland yet, but I have visited more than 100 Irish pubs in the States. This is hands-down, the best Irish bar I’ve been to. What a surprise to find it in Butte, Montana! my first time there, I felt like I was one of Jonny’s longtime regulars. What a charming, smart lad. He clearly loves his job and customers. Can’t wait to return, truly!!

I loved the food and the service! The actual building was so cute, lots of cool tile, wood designs and historical pictures/artifacts. Looked like they were selling local jewelry at the bar too!

I was reluctant to try the Corned Beef and Cabbage because I'm proud of my own, but I tried it anyway and I'm so glad I did! So much flavor in every bite! The colcannon is incredible! We've been several times and have also enjoyed the Bangers and Mash, Fish and Chips, and Shepherd's Pie. Best Bread Pudding I have ever tasted! The staff has always treated us well. Seriously, this place is amazing!

We were in Butte for a getaway and wanted to check out all the spots in uptown. Our last stop was Shawn O’Donnells. When we walked in it felt like “we were home.” We bellied up to the bar with a warm and fun greeting from Irish Johnny. The service and food were excellent. We loved this place!

I could not live life happily without the Boxty Cakes and bread pudding. They are both magical and must tries. The Butte Mule is a great cocktail and the atmosphere is perfection. 💚 ☘️

I've had 5 great meals from here now. Perfectly prepared by excellent cooks. This prime rib french dip is just had is amazing. Irish Johnny and the staff are great and very friendly. 100% recommend this place for dine in, take out, or doordash.

Best pub in town! The food is wonderful, my friends & family have tried almost everything on the menu, it’s hard to pick between such great options! The chicken pot pie on a cold winter day is the perfect combination. Best Guinness in town! Very friendly atmosphere, our waitress Cara was sweet& attentive even during a very busy night! We love this place, it feel like home from the second you step inside. Highly recommend!!

EXCELLENT place to eat, I absolutely loved the food. And great service, BUT! Who in the world charges for a refill of soda? I’m already paying $3.99 for one cup of Mountain Dew, … waitress asked if I want a refill, got the refill, finished dinner, got the bill, and I was charged $7.99 for a Mountain Dew…. And she said “ I’ll have to ask the manager if I can take the refill off”… now that’s just crazy for a fountain pop…
