I have been ordering same coffee for months. Today I got all ice and hardly any cream in shaken iced coffee. Would not recommend getting iced drink here as cp was 3/4 ice

Esponine (hope I’m spelling it right) was wonderful! Her customer service is amazing! Single best experience I’ve ever had with a barista at any Starbucks! Very friendly, well spoken, genuine, polite, she really took care of us. She was a pure delight and brightened our day!

I went to the Starbucks in Safeway. I have never had service like this. I am in customer service. I would have rather her said I dont want to help you then to have her try to change my mind on what I wanted. She changed my mind alright. I left. I know now why the other Starbucks is so busy. I will definitely only go to the other one by Rent A Center. She lost a $30 order plus a $5 tip.

I personally don't really like star bucks coffee, but I do stop in the price through for a water, they always have a good attitude and are nice. Plus water is free!

The service was great, but like any Starbucks, the coffee is mediocre. If not for having a gift card, I am choosing nearly any other coffee shop first (mostly City Brew).
The baristas are a joy but the manager it seemed had a very negative attitude making it seem hostile to not only the baristas but the customers as well. I’ve gotten Starbucks at Safeway occasionally getting my groceries and grabbing a coffee every couple of weeks after moving to Butte. I’m confused as to why every time I come in the manager has such ill will towards us as customers and the baristas. I’ve seen many employees come and go seeming to be due to the managers attitude towards them. I’ve also noticed the long lines due to only one barista being there most of the time. Starbucks should not be open if there is only one barista working for hours at a time (as I’ve seen during a 2 time trip on multiple occasions). I’ve had to apologize to the baristas about how rude the manager was being. I hope serious action takes place not to the baristas but to the manager. Shame on you!

Starbucks is pretty much the same wherever you go. The staff were friendly and helpful. My order came fairly quickly. The only concern that I have is that prices I’ve gone up considerably.
