If coffee is in the name of your business you really shouldn’t run out of it! No Dark Roast. No Pikes Place. Really?

i waited in the drive thru for 27 minutes, then turned around and decided to park. When i walked inside, there was only 4 people who had drinks sitting at a table. I waited another 15 minutes after i had ordered my drink.

I’m not one to write reviews but this Starbucks is pretty bad.

Even the simplest orders seem confusing for them and often get messed up. I only ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. The drinks were americanos with cream — about as straightforward as it gets outside of brewed coffee — yet the process took forever.
When our order was handed to us, we received only one drink. The cashier insisted that we hadn’t ordered or paid for two, even though the order screen clearly showed both and our total was over $20. After some back and forth, it turned out the second drink had been sitting in front of her the entire time. To make matters worse, neither of the americanos had cream, despite that being part of the order

Better organization needed for this place! We got our 3 drinks fairly quickly but the we wait 15 min for the easiest item: croissant.
I went in to pick up my mobile order only to find one of the shift leads I think her name is Konny who is there a lot, she was being so rude to another worker, started literally yelling at him infront of everyone about him forgetting to write on the cup but when I looked all the other cups where written on but this one she was yelling at him about. it broke my heart seeing him leave the store crying
Very unimpressed - took forever to get food and then the order was wrong. Some employees are very unfriendly and won't even acknowledge you standing at the counter
Awful service, mediocre drinks. Placed a mobile order and when arrived at the store to pick up, only one drink was ready… when asked if the order was received, one of the employees responded with attitude that it must have been but was mixed up with other orders - not sure what that’s supposed to mean. Really bad attitude and extremely poor product. Definitely a pass.

I just went through the drive-thru, and 2 out of 3 drinks were wrong. I ordered 2 large pumpkin spices, one with extra shot and a double espresso over ice. I got a double expresso with pumpkin spice, 1 pumpkin spice with extra shot, and I'm not sure what the other one is.

Megan has a crappy attitude towards customers. Will go to safeway starbucks instead from now on.
I visited this Starbucks location twice in o e weekend, despite it not showing up in a Google search. I happened by it the first time and the second time I kind if knew where it was, but again, nothing on Google maps.
Friendly workers. Helpful and quick.
