My bill was $5.25 and I gave the cashier a $10 bill plus a quarter. She told me she couldn’t put the coin in the cash register. she had no clue as to how to figure out what she owed me back so she gave me the quarterback and gave me $4.75.

The attendant at the drive thru instructed a customer to not smoke in their vehicle for the health of Starbucks employees. When the driver stated this was their last time at Starbucks, the attendant said that’s perfectly fine….

I wish I could give this no stars. I've given this place too many chances. Every drink i order is never full. Never made right. And when you try and get them to fix their mistake they tell you that you have to buy another drink. I little popped thr lid off at the counter to show the employees and all I got was a shrug. Sucks because I do enjoy Starbucks coffee just not from this one.

i waited in the drive thru for 27 minutes, then turned around and decided to park. When i walked inside, there was only 4 people who had drinks sitting at a table. I waited another 15 minutes after i had ordered my drink.

Even the simplest orders seem confusing for them and often get messed up. I only ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. The drinks were americanos with cream — about as straightforward as it gets outside of brewed coffee — yet the process took forever. When our order was handed to us, we received only one drink. The cashier insisted that we hadn’t ordered or paid for two, even though the order screen clearly showed both and our total was over $20. After some back and forth, it turned out the second drink had been sitting in front of her the entire time. To make matters worse, neither of the americanos had cream, despite that being part of the order
