Every time l order a sandwich that is toasted they NEVER toast it , I paid 20 dollars for a meal for them not to do all the steps.. I used to work at subway and you'd have to be super lazy for every time I order delivery not toast a sandwich.. I couldn't get a hold of them through the phone to ask them for the 4 rth time I ordered it's not completed or not toasted... Please just do your job! It's not hard to read simple directions. Also this is wheat old bread so it looks darker in the photo.. definitely not toasted tho and no sauce either :/

Stopped at the Subway on Montana Street this past Sunday with my daughter while heading back to Oregon from helping my son move in Wyoming.
The bigger guy working was very friendly and polite even though it was busy, he stayed calm and still took the time to ask how we were doing. Real nice guy and a good talker. The girl, Kendraye i think her name was, was polite too, just a little quiet but sweet.
The place looked clean for the most part a couple tables needed wiping, but she went and cleaned them right after. Food was good and fresh, no complaints there.
Only thing I didn’t care for was how cold it was inside felt like walking into an icebox 🥶after being out in the cold. Other than that, it was a nice stop and good service.

I ordered an hour ahead of time and I got there my food hadn’t even been started on and the guy working talked to me like I was stupid and said he couldn’t find my order just for his co worker to find the ticket. My sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and they weren’t, I ordered avocado and didn’t even get that. And my spinach is also rotten. I’m extremely disappointed in paying that kind of money and not even getting what I ordered and the guy i originally was being helped by needs a retraining on how to talk to people. Not to mention the lobby was filthy.

Nothing wrong with the subways in town. What's ridiculous is there's no way to contact the actual store or any person if you have questions. All I wanted to know before leaving my house is what soup they have for the day. Not on the online menu, can't call the store, can't ask the ai chats. Absolutely lame that you can't reach out to the actual store. Stop out sourcing stuff that doesn't need to be. How am I supposed to find the daily soup without driving all the way there. You guys don't even have it on the online menu at all.

Girl at the drive through was not helpful and gave us an attitude because we asked for our sandwiches to be toasted. She didn’t make sure she knew what toppings went on the sandwich and put whatever she wanted. I am very unhappy with my visit to and will be going to the downtown subway from now on.

Was just in there a hour ago and order four sandwiches. My granddaughter wanted tomatoes on her sandwich and none where cut up, no body was willing to cut one up to put on her sandwiches. I ordered Flatbread for my sandwich and it was so thin it was like paper never have had seen it like that before it was like eating potato chips not bread.

The last 3 times, my husband and I have gone there for a sandwich. It has been terrible service, low quality food. Poorly presented and wrapped sandwiches. And so much more... Needless to say, the third time was the charm. We won't be using this Subway in Butte again! Even though it's minutes from our house and likely where even Door Dash would go if we ordered it for delivery.Doesn't matter, we won't use Door Dash to order Subway either for all of those reasons!We would rather drive to another TTown entirely than to use this particular Subway again!
