We went there to get sandwiches at 8:45. Website says they close at 10pm. Doors locked. 3rd time that has happened so we wont try again.

Their manager I'm pretty sure was so short and rude to her customers and staff, snapping at them and just making rude comments to others. Overall terrible customer service and food was handled horribly, and there greens and veggies looked terrible.
GREAT service but their meat was expired and gave me a headache plus some extrem diseases and diarrhea

So glad a bus full of students dropping in takes complete priority over an order placed on the app over 30 minutes ago. I’m glad I’m sitting here waiting for my subs while every single person gets their order finished first. Fantastic service, so cool.

They legit told me they had to portion on onions…. On a foot long sandwich I will never understand how 3 onions is portioned… i travel work, I frequent subways all over. I’ve never had one tell me “we have to portion our onions” I even offered to pay extra for more vegetables and they said no. This subway is a joke.
