Absolutely horrific service. Rude staff and even ruder experience. If you’re in the food SERVICE industry maybe serve food and don’t lecture paying customers for wanting to speak with a human instead of your AI ordering process.
Then went inside and was told I still had to use the kiosk to order.
And the order miraculously came out wrong still

Drive through service was bad before the renovations and is worse now. Did an online order for pick up via drive through and spent nearly 45 minutes in line. When we got up to the window order wasn’t even started. What is the purpose of order ahead? Staff was seemingly too busy joking around and making themselves coffee to actually work. 10/10 would avoid.

Ai, sucks. Got a hard nacho cheese shell. Just the shell. When we asked the ai answering machine for a side of nacho cheese sauce. Also big shout out to the two guys who put the empty taco shell in our bag without asking if that’s what we meant. I get letting people live their lives, but seriously. Who would order an empty nacho cheese taco………….

We waited in drive through for 20 mins and got the complete wrong order first pick is what we ordered. Vs what we got in the second. We got the right drinks but not food wen I calld person who awncerd was rude and hung up before I could talk to her

Taco Bell food was never great. Now the AI drive through wont enter the order correctly. No one is inside to take an order. Had an endless click through on the self serve boards. If there are no employees, why is the bad food so expensive. So long Taco Bell.

Super slow, food was cold, under prepped, bones in the chicken, nacho cheese cups only had a quarter of it filled, tables filthy, staff talked about hooking up with old ladies and not working. Worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to. I never leave reviews but it was so bad I had to leave one.
