I placed an order online today, first of all they messed up my food. I ordered about 14 sauces and got none but, worst of all A LONG HAIR IN MY TACO!!? So disgusting honestly. Who is running these places without making cooks wear a hairnet??? I called to complain about it but all they had to say was “Sorry about that ill make sure everyone wears their hairnets” What a joke??

Despite a convenient drive-thru-only setup, Taco Bell's sluggish service pace makes for a frustratingly slow fast-food experience. The lack of dine-in does nothing to speed up the snail's pace at which orders are fulfilled.

I paid $16 for only two burritos and I had to sit in the drive thru line for 40 minutes. Unacceptable, they need to get this under control. Everytime I have gone it has been super slow and not even super packed.

Lobby closed again forced to go through drive through against my better judgement because it seems they can't get orders right which was the case this time also, couldn't check order in line because I would have held up an already very slow service, checked order on side of street and was shorted

Perhaps I could give it more but it doesn’t seem to matter. Lobby is closed but door dash could go in and pick up food. But if I’m visiting on a job and don’t have a vehicle I can’t make a to go order unless I make a profile and pay someone else to pick up my order even though I’m in the hotel next door. Single handily the worst interaction I’ve had to date.
