Used to be a great place, tonight not so much, we had to sit in the casino area even tho they had a whole section sitting empty. My steak looked like it would be delicious with all the herb butter spread on to except for it being so cold the butter never melted and I'm not a fan of cold steak. Even the baked potato was cold. How is that possible? Not very appealing
Got 12oz new york steak, fries Caesar salad and fresh baked bread.
Staek was cooked perfect, fries great, Caesar salad was fresh and all around good and the fresh bread was so good ate more then I should have.

We were traveling through & asked for a recommendation of a good place to eat. The Derby has good food, nice portion size but was a little spendy. Almost $20 for chicken parmesan, although very tasty is still a bit much. That said, though, if we lived closer, we would still probably go back to try the steaks. They looked amazing! The staff seemed nice & it was a cozy dining experience. If you're ever in Butte, MT, it's worth checking out at least once.
