We loved our stay in The Kelley! A spacious and comfortable room with a fun view. Great location with good places to eat all around. Parking can be tricky during the day.

We had such a great experience at this hotel - on one of the busiest days in Butte! The confirmation once we booked to tell us of special parking instructions and getting to hotel with roads closed off; call when room was ready much earlier than expected; convenience and location; CLEAN; extra amenities in room such as snacks and toiletries kits … all added to such a pleasant stay! The front desk staff (manager?) was so accomodating and friendly everytime she answered the phone. So glad we stayed here!

I always try to find an excuse to visit Butte for over the last 20+ years. Every time I walk the streets and visit the local businesses, you can’t help but feel the rich history and hear the honesty and openness that comes from a true working community. I’ll take that any day of the week. But I’ve never spent the night, until this last week- and I spent a whole week. The Miner’s Hotel is a special place.Besides preserving Butte’s amazing history, the staff is so helpful. And the rooms are very well thought out:Very comfortable bed, pillows and sheets. The walk-in shower and the special soaps and shampoo were a refreshing surprise. The Teddy Roosevelt quote on the wall was the first thing I took a picture of.And the speakeasy in the basement IS amazing-Do it!

We stayed in the Kelley. It was a great room and experience. My friends and I will definitely stay there again. A great boutique hotel experience.Rooms: Being a boutique hotel, the rooms are unique in a good way.Nearby activities: Perfect location for walking to summer festivals, and good stop anywhere along the way through southwest Montana.Walkability: Right in the middle of most everything uptown Butte has to offer.Food & drinks: Speakeasy down stairs is great, and other great food and drink options are within a block or two walking distance.

Im originally a Butte local that moved away to CA (the irony I know) but, I come back home frequently to visit friends and family. The Miners Hotel is my favorite spot to stay when I want my own space from all the running around that comes from visiting. The location is as good as it gets for walking around all my favorite spots in uptown Butte. (M&M and the axe bar as close as can be!). The rooms are set up very well and have everything you need for a cozy stay. The staff is friendly and helpful with anything you might need. As mentioned, the speakeasy below is an awesome spot to hang out and both start & finish the night out right. Always looking forward to the next stay up there in my home town.Nearby activities: The Axe bar next door is always a good time!Walkability: Anybody thats been to Uptown Butte and likes to walk around there knows this is the best spot to stay to do it without any vehicle necessary.

What a great spot this place is!! Every room has a unique name and ours was actually the vault. It was the real vault of the bank from time past! It was so cool!! Hot coffee was available every day early and we enjoyed it upstairs watching the world go by below. Staff was friendly and actually made us feel like we were family. the room was perfect with an area to watch tv and then the "vault" was nice and quiet for sleeping. We went to the speak easy and the rink prices where great compared to back home. The bartender made my old fashioned the way it was made originally and it was delish! This place felt like a secret that few knew about and it is with walking distance to great restaurants too!

Stayed one night for a girl's weekend in Uptown Butte. The Miner's Hotel was within walking distance of all the places we planned to visit. Friendly staff, clean, easy check-in, and our room was spacious. Bonus was the Speakeasy in the basement of the hotel! I would stay here again.

Comfortable room in a historic building. Historic photos and information were great additions. Definitely checkout the Speakeasy. Uptown location is great. Recommend to anyone who wants to really feel like they stayed in Butte, the Richest Hill on Earth.
