Mobile orders are never up on time. Don't bother using the Wendy app they don't care. Good is usually made right tho. Just take an extra 15 minutes to receive it.

Staff very friendly...fries tend to be a bit salty though. Service was quick and accurate!
They messed up on my order and when I called to have it replaced, they insisted they put my chicken nuggets in my biggie bag when there was only one chicken nugget in there and I had two biggie bags messed up on my bacon Nader and lady the manager there was absolutely rude. Food was dry and cold and disgusting. Will never eat Wendy’s again in Butte, Montana.

I've ordered on door dash multiple times and the order is never complete. Usually at least half or more of the order is missing. When we did get our food it was cold and condiments were wrong. I use to love our local Wendy's but now it's not the same.

They have this Dangerous sign sticking out of the front counter just so you can hit you head off it wile your getting your food why??? Gashed my forehead on it....Doesnt even have red on the corner so you can see it coming. Incompetent management unsafe to the public

Wendy's customer service has really gone downhill in the past couple years. My last two visits the employees at the window don't smile, they don't respond to the customers when they ask how they are, they had me get out of my car to give them my card to pay when my car wasn't close enough to the window the cashier couldn't wait 10 seconds more.
