Coffee Shops in Chester

“We enjoy good coffee and always like to try local coffee houses. So as we traveled in Montana, we found The Well, which was open on Labor Day. The cheery owner greeted us and made a superb latte and equally superb chai tea latte. She has a huge selection of syrups, and despite the place’s size, she can compete with the best espresso places we have visited on multiple continents. If you’re driving down US2, make a quick turn. You’ll be glad you did!“

“This library is a SURPRISINGLY pleasant place for a town it's size, in it's very rural location. Our family lived in Chester for a few months back in 2012, and I was pretty impressed back then, considering it's setting, with what they had available in their holdings. I've continued to be impressed with how much this little mecca of knowledge has improved in the 7 years since we relocated. It has a little coffee-shop area, there seem to be more books, and the children's section is even more colorful and well appointed than it was before. We also appreciate that the public bathroom there is a clean, pleasant and family friendly place: with space for a parent to help a little one, and even a changing table. The Liberty County Library is, in fact, my favorite thing about Chester.“
