Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I went to DQ in the evening for dinner and wow! The customer service was amazing! Very polite and helpful, the day crew also has an excellent lady who I see often at the window. The food is always reliably good and I have not once had anything be messed up or different much appreciated! Thank you to the crew that works there.

Good service but unfortunately was not pleased with the fact that a male and female worker entered the men's bathroom together infront of my child very inappropriate

Am not happy, my order was screwed up. Called to complain and all I got was a message stating their hours, couldn't talk to any one or even leave a message. I didn't get half of my order and got a wrong soda.

I know you appreciate my feedback but I won't be eating at this fake DQ again. We are from TX where DQ is a staple. This is the worst burger I have ever bought. Neither my wife or I finished our meals. It was cold and uncooked. It dosent even look like a burger you get at any DQ in the country. Wrong bun, not toasted, uncooked meat, old vegetables, no mustard. The frys were ok and the DrPepper wasn't flat. Will never eat here again...it did win the worst food we have had in a Montana restaurant award tho so there is that. Seriously, pass this place up until the owner/manager/employees fix the food because this is NOT what DQ food tastes like and looking at all the other reviews....no one likes your food. FIX IT! Quit telling people you hope they will give you another shot...YOUR FOOD IS HORRIBLE!

I went to the drive-thru and I ordered a triple flamethrower with only flamethrower sauce extra sauce no lettuce and tomato as well as a four piece chicken strip basket tossed and sauce the order I received was not right they gave e me a kid's meal and a flamethrower with everything on it I drove 14 miles back to Kalispell and realized the order was not right and attempted to call three times leaving one voicemail I then had to drive back Columbia falls and speak to them in person and once speaking them in person they treated me like a criminal they tried to correct me saying that the only order they had was this and I said I was aware of that but that's not what I ordered but that was what I paid intern they would only throw a box of chicken strips on the counter and said here's your food not even replacing the whole order I will never go to the dairy Queen again or suggest anyone to go there the food wasn't even fresh once they replaced it the chicken strips were cold horrible customer service and the staff looks like slobs

The staff make ordering, and eating feel very uncomfortable. They're rude from the start, went in a few days ago with my kids, and ate inside, and was treated very poorly from the start, she didn't let me finish a sentence without huffing out, "Anything Else?" Then today came through the drive thru, and pulled up to the sign, no greeting, so after a few moments, simply said "Hello?" And was greeted back with a very snotty. "I already said you could order." I said "Oh, I'm sorry. The last car didn't pull forward any. After ordering." And all she said back was "whatever, what do you want to order?" After ordering, when I got to the window and she went to give me my food.I asked is "Such and such in here?" She rolled her eyes, and asked "did you order it?" I said yes, and she goes then it's in there. And closed the window. Surprise, it wasn't.

Haven’t been to DQ since I was a child. Decided to surprise my fiancé with ice cream today. Ordered a mint Oreo blizzard (my favorite as a kid) and they completely messed up my order. Not impressed.

Ordered 2 $7 meal-deals that ended up taking 15 minutes. I opened up the wrapper to a cold burger, at that. I went to ask the cashier for a new one, and he went on to say that he would just heat it up in the microwave for me. Before I could say anything, he turned and walked away toward the kitchen. He came back no more that 10 seconds later with a semi-warm burger and i took it (with no thank you obviously) and sat down. I was not happy. Im sorry but what kind of idiot tells his customer that he is heating up their food in a damn microwave? why would you even do that in the first place? Me being the anxious introvert I am, I didn’t say anything, just left, dissatisfied. This place sucks, they’re lazy, and take the easy way out; they’re honestly quite rude & impolite. Please avoid this DQ it doesn’t bring any good vibes

Do not go to this Dairy Queen unless you want to throw your money away. We just gave them their last chance. They never give you a blizzard with chocolate ice cream and when you correct them at the window, they blend in some chocolate sauce and throw it back out to you like they just made you a new one. We even verified that they had chocolate ice cream before ordering! The other blizzard we ordered ended up being a completely different kind of blizzard than what was ordered like twix or something instead of strawberry cheesecake. This has happened too many times now and we won't be back. For how expensive everything is, it's a shame to not even get what you paid for. The other Dairy Queen's in the valley are fine, steer clear from the Columbia Falls store.

Large Mud pie blizzard got cookies & cream in vanilla ice cream until about 1/2 way, then went to chocolate ice cream & fudge.
