They don’t have vanilla. I wanted chocolate. I mentioned that not having chocolate is half their inventory when the rude worker condescendingly told that most DQ’s don’t have chocolate and only have vanilla. Will not be coming back. Took him 7 minutes to acknowledge we were there at the counter too.

Holy Guacamole...I'm really tolerant. $4- for Ice Milk! I literally had 2 pieces o Snickers the size of a pea.

Went through the drive through about 6:45 ordered flame thrower meal large, side of cheese curds and a buffalo chicken basket. But we didn’t get our chicken basket or the flame thrower instead they gave us a strange burger with onion rings on it and a cheeseburger I hope you guys do better next time cuz I get food from you often and this is by far the least satisfied time I’ve been.

I paid 80 cents for extra onions and this is what they gave me. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Get better help or lower your prices to allow for their incompetence.

Ordered a couple blizzards and by the time I got to the Window they were melted. They didn't tip them over like they are suppose to do, because they knew it would fall out. . I didn't ask for a milkshake! This has happened 2 or 3 times. Don't make them so far ahead of time when your busy.

When I went through the drive through it was good, by the time I got my food the drink was over filling and leaking out the sides, The fries weren’t fully cooked, they felt half done when I took a bite out of them. Along with that, I ordered a hot fudge sundae, there was only a small amount of fudge in there.

i wouldn't recommend this place. they are slow and they can't get an order right and the prices you pay aren't what is on the menu

This particular establishment should also flip the fries to prove they're cold.

So I went to the cfalls location at about 8 30pm and when I got my food my fries were cold and I got one whole piece bread in my chicken strip basket like how hard is it to cut my bread come on I give this place a two star because of the lack of effort and customer service. But the lemonade was 🔥
