The Back Room is our place to eat every time we're in Montana. After tonight I dont know if we'll come back. Our server, Ocean, was rude and disrespectful. I've never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. I can understand if a customer is rude, but that was not the case. Ocean needs customer service training in listening, RESPECT, PATIENCE and understanding with her customers. We've been eating a the Back Room for over 20 years. Tonight was unacceptable.
