Great service, and I left my wallet and they held onto it for me and gave it back with everything in it. Awesome staff super nice and pizza was good :)!
It was a nice clean Pizza Hut.
Our server Robin was exceptionally professional and very kind. Changed my entire opinion on the Columbia Falls Pizza Hut. Will definitely be coming back. Thank her!

Pizza Hut provides a familiar experience, with a mix of quick service and some delays during busy times. The meat lovers pizza was ready fast and tasted great, outpacing a nearby competitor. The restaurant was short-staffed, with only two employees working, which caused some slow service and longer wait times. Despite this, the waitress worked very hard and did her best to keep customers satisfied. Customers appreciated her effort and suggested she should be paid better. The food remains classic Pizza Hut fare, with no surprises. Recently, a customer experienced order mistakes, including receiving the wrong sauce for boneless wings, bread sticks instead of cheese sticks, and an unrequested pizza. Additionally, a parent’s pizza was delayed until after everyone else had finished eating, and they did not receive it at all. Still, the food was described as delicious. Overall, it is a good place for families needing a hot meal, especially when attentive staff like the waitress are present.
