Located in Montana, Packmule Liquor & Wine is an excellent store with a great selection and fair pricing. The friendly and helpful staff are kind and welcoming, providing 10/10 customer service. The store has a nice layout, and the selection of wine is clearly a 5+ when compared to smaller town stores. Pat, the GM, is beyond helpful, walking customers through the amazing whiskey selection and making them feel like they had known him forever. The staff also assisted with a wedding spirit selection, providing prompt responses to all questions and making the entire online ordering process easy. The online pickup option is a great time saver, with a thorough catalog and easy to use interface. Customers can find less-mainstream liquors as well. In one instance, after a rough checkout by a new employee, the manager and employee both reached out immediately to rectify the situation, sincerely and without excuse, setting a great example for all.
