Apparently it’s really hard to find a house. I put in for delivery at 5:25pm tonight and at almost 7pm, nothing still. So I called, got told it was coming soon. Ok fine, soI waited. They called me back and told me that my address is a “sidewalk and that’s where the driver was sent”, I wasn’t aware that sidewalks have living addresses, but good for them I guess😒. And without looking around or calling they just took it back. So I tried to explain what my house looked like to the manager on the phone and she asked me if I would be willing to meet up with my delivery driver somewhere with the food… personally I don’t feel like that’s something that should be even offered. But ok. So I clearly said no to that one. And i had to request to just come pick it up and have new food made. Nothing about a refund was told to me or it was “on the house” even though it was THEIR mistake. Plus once I got home I opened my food and the pizza was supposed to be a medium and it’s beyond tiny. As well as the donut bites, they’re 100% old or just warmed up cause there isn’t any filling and they taste disgusting and stale and hollow.

Husband called in an order, the girl hung up on him, then when he went to get it an hour later, they hadn’t made it and no one could find his order. Then the employees were arguing in the back while making it. Really uncomfortable and embarrassing.

I ordered online and paid inside, my food was on the counter when I got inside and I had to sit there for 20 min for Robin to finally decide she would look for my food yelled at the guy in back saying that she needed my order instead of looking at the receipt I front of her. For an older lady she sure doesn’t know how to read or do her job!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Our server was Robin. We walked in, I admit we accidentally ordered from the wrong place but she was entirely rude the whole time. She said it would be 20-25 mins, cool we waited. While waiting we saw her use her bare hands to handle all the food. As well as, 30 mins after we were still waiting, she served someone who came in 10 minutes after us who she had been super nice to, and even helped them immediately because she knew them. My fiance was nothing but respectful saying yes ma’am and thank you more than needed, and it was reciprocated with attitude and disrespect. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you care about your service, and don’t like people touching you food with their bare hands. We watched robin do drinks, carry dishes, wipe her face, but she still handled our food with no gloves/no washing hands/ and disrespect. My fiance had to ask the lady for our order to see if it was done, she replied with let me check, THEN PULLED IT OUT OF THE HEATER. We watched her make, box and put it in the heater then serve other people who are regulars and ignore us. I am not happy with my experience, specially since my fiance and I have grown up here and have gone here since we’re children. My fiance literally had birthday party’s here as a kid. No wonder nobody’s ever there anymore.the respect and care that used to be there is gone.

Ok typical Pizza Hut. Ain't a lot of pizza choices in the area. Yep they only had 2 people working and it was busy. People were getting bent because of the wait. Props to our waitress who was working her a.. off. 2 people can only do so much. Service was slow but she did her absolute best. Management you better be paying her better. Food was pizza hut so no surprises there.

Zero star review. For the entire year of 2024 they had a sign that dine in is closed and everytime I call to order someone answers and says that they are closed. Even though the website says with the plenty signs on the door Open at 4pm. I love the pizza but managers are just getting paid to not work. Again calling at 6pm to have someone answer and say they are closed is a no service no star review. I would really like this corporation to take responsibility and not to blame their employees in Columbia Falls MT.

Now they can't even STAY OPEN BUT THEY''LL TAKE YOUR ORDER ONLINE, so you can drive an hour round trip for NOTHING. Good luck with "Customer Service". Total joke. Don't bother! The last order was undercooked. The pizza was trash. Even the boneless chicken, which is disgusting now. Think Lunchables cold nuggets, except for like $9. Trash pizza is 5x worse when it IS NOT COOKED.

The service was slow and I never got my refill. They accidentally brought out two of the same dish. Some of our food came out way after our pizza. They did have some dinner in specials that were a good deal. Servers were nice but slow.
