Ordered some pizza online from the one in cfalls. They called and said we dont have pan crust is hand tossed fine? I was like hell yeah dude. Under cooked, like way under cooked and it was thin crust. I couldn't drive all the way back to cfalls. I threw it in the oven as if I got papa murphys. Hands down the worst pizza hut experience I've ever had. I never leave a bad review ever. This was review worthy.

I ordered, Through Instacart, a large thin crust pepperoni pizza, 20 ounce bottle of Pepsi, And garlic dip. I also ordered barbecue chicken wings. The Chicken wings were to be free because I ordered at least than $25 Worth of food which was the special Deal. What I received was a hand tossed large pepperoni pizza, 20 ounce bottle of Pepsi, and blue cheese. No wings. The receipt had The items I received listed on it. I donāt know if thereās some kind of problem with their machine that prints out the orders. Iām Extremely upset disappointed. I donāt know if Iāll be able to trust Pizza Hut again. I canāt believe they charged $1.33 for a small package Addressing.

They use doordash rather than their own drivers so a 19.99 pizza box comes out to $44.00 an over 50% increase. It is very difficult to get any fix if there are issues with the order. Doordash clearly hires drivers who can't read well enough to make sure half the order isn't missing and when only half the order arrives the customer is SOL on getting what they ordered if its not the doordash drivers turn for the braincell. So now im hungry and unhappy to pay nearly $50 for $15 worth of food. No one is taking responsibility, it's doordashs fault! its the drivers fault! its pizza huts fault! but no one wants to take any responsibility to fix it and would rather pass the blame off to someone else while the customer is the one paying for everyone else's mistakes, disgusting business model, it's clear why you guys are struggling to keep any business.
Placed an order nearly 2 hours ahead of scheduled pick up time, arrived on time and sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes as my order hadn't even hit the oven yet. Apparently they are now serving a new nonrising breadstick because they were literal cardboard, flat, and even tasted like cardboard. I'm not even convinced it was breadstick dough, it was obviously hand made and I know the normal sticks are not, either way it wasn't edible. Pretty sure it was just pizza dough. The pizza wasn't any better. Obviously rushed at no fault of mine, having ordered nearly 2 hours ahead! Had the food been edible I wouldn't complain about it being late, but it wasn't even edible. Ide have been embarrassed to serve that food!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Pizza Hut was bad enough that it needs to be said.
We were āhelpedā by an older woman named Robin, and her customer service was honestly some of the worst Iāve ever experienced. From the moment we walked in, she clearly had no interest in acknowledging us. We stood at the counter and politely called out to her several times, and she literally kept her back turned to us, ignoring us like we werenāt even there.
When she finally did come over, there was no greeting, no basic courtesy, nothing. Just attitude. When it came time to pay, she tossed the card machine toward us right as the tip screen popped up, which felt really passive-aggressive and unprofessional. On top of that, she kept giving us dirty looks, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and awkward.
I completely understand that people have long days and get tired, but basic respect and manners are not optional when youāre working with customers. Being ignored, treated like an inconvenience, and then given attitude on top of it is unacceptable.
Because of this experience with Robin, I honestly donāt feel like coming back to this location. Management needs to address this ā no customer should be treated that way.

My wife placed a order online, that magical disappeared after trying to get a hold of a person to talk to about the order for 20mins. She placed a second order that I picked up. Once at home found out that there were items that were missing 8 piece chicken wings and dips that had been purchased. After trying to call back to get a refund and again the next day of failed attempts to get a old of anyone. Not the first time if getting let down by the online ordering, but will be the last. I would recommend just ordering and eating there. Food was good, of what we got.

Drove 30 minutes to dine in, only to find the lobby closed. Staff said it was due to not enough workers, yet three employees were outside smoking. Very disappointing experience.

Robin shouldn't be answering the phone because she can't hear. And, to top it off, she's even rude at the front counter.

You know that moment when youāre starving after hiking all day in Glacier Park and āwhy not try Pizza Hutā turns into a legit fun detour? That was meāready for something easy, comfy, and, well, not fine dining gear-up. Hereās my breakdown:
1. Hawaiian pizza ā unexpectedly tasty. Sweet pineapple, savory hamātotally earned 5 stars.
2. Restroom cleanliness ā I wonāt lie, itās meh. Gotta give it 3 stars, just keeping it real.
3. Music ā guess what? It was my personal jam playlist. That alone gets 5 stars from me.
4. Server game ā chilled vibes, no extra fluff, just smooth and friendly. Easily a solid 4.5 stars.
5. Floors ā couldāve been cleaner, so letās call it 3 stars there.
All that said, compared to other park-side fast-food joints, this one actually stands out. I saw a few reviewers mention friendly service and clean(ish) spots around Montanaās locations ļæ¼ ļæ¼. This joint picks up where others kinda drop off.
Bottom line: You want something quick, warm, and just kind of feel-good after hiking? Rocketing yourself into 5-star territory? Youāre basically there with the pizza and playlist vibes. Just needs a little scrub-up and boom ā perfect detour.

We stopped at this Pizza Hut, today, at 12:30pm on a Sunday. The place was completely empty and one worker came up from the kitchen saying he was the only employee there and he wasnāt taking orders or dine-in because he was busy in the back... Even though the sign out front says open daily for dine in at 11am⦠It seems all the recent reviews are accurate with the way this location is, severely understaffed and lazy staff with insane wait times or they just turn you away because they have no staff. We of course didnāt eat here because the one employee that was too busy in the back turned us away. So just save yourself some time and irritation, go to one of the other pizza places in this town as it appears this Pizza Hut is maybe in the process of shutting down with their poor service, apparently poor quality and turning customers away because their employees are too busy doing other things in the back.

We stopped by on our first day after a hike, but the staff told us there would be a 30-minute wait so we gave up.
On the second day, we placed an order, and it took about 50 minutes to be ready. When we picked it up, we understood why, this place is clearly understaffed. We saw just one server, one guy in the kitchen, and another person walking around in back.
The food was disappointing. Only the pizza that was just okay. Fried chicken was $12, fries were $5, and the portion and quality were honestly sad and they tasted bad. Fries were so soggy. I donāt expect much from fast food, but this felt like too much for what we got.

Website says they close at 11pm. Sign on the door says the dining room closes at 845pm. We walked in at 815pm and they told us they were closed. Iāll take my money elsewhere to spend even though Pizza Hut is a family favorite
