Walked in at 7 pm. to sit down and eat. I opened the door, and the girl working there was mopping the floors and just stared at me dumbstruck. No greeting or anything. I asked if they were open so I could sit down and eat since they're open until 9 p.m., and she said no. I walked out. Seems like this girl just wants to close the lobby early when she isn't supposed to, so she can go home early. Terrible customer service.

Workers just stare at you when you walk in until you ask for something. They don’t know their menu, as my friend and I both ordered something that was supposed to come with double meat and both of our subs had a pathetic amount of meat even for one serving. Watched the girl go from touching the register with gloves on back to touching a lady’s sandwich without switching gloves. Environment is dirty and unpleasant customer service. Overall a disappointing experience. You pay for extra of something to not even get a normal single serving amount.

Poor older lady was there working her butt off with no help it's sad the business needs people in there or nobody at all!!! Niced lady, though.
Worst service and sandwiches I've ever eaten at a subway. The little girls were extremely rude one girl had shorts so short she looked like she was only wearing a shirt which is gross working around food, she had horrible customer service skills saying things like what do you what throwing her arms out like what. She was glaring at my whole family i caught her giving my 70 year old mother the worst look ever. They were out of all the condiments and had run and go get stuff the bread was stale, dry and flaking apart they hardly put mustard mayo and oil and vinegar which made it more dry. They gave 3 cups of sauces with 1 tiny squirt of dipping sauce for 4 roll ups kept running off as we were trying to pay. Didn't catch her name but very young brown hair and really bad attitude. Worst 70$ spent she should be fired for how she treated paying customers with manners. Will be calling the manager. Save your money on this subway go elsewhere. Would give zero stars if I could. These girls need to be out of there and this place needs better management.

Never left subway a bad review but 1pm august 21st 2024 younger blonde girl just didn't care at all about making our sandwiches. Just threw everything on it with attitude and didn't care if it was well made or even. Only put mayo on half the sandwich and we had to ask if she'd put mayo on the other half too. If your a manager or owner this girls a bad rep for your establishment

Online take out order was placed before 12 was expecting readiness by 1220 I showed up and patiently waited in the lobby as customer after customer was helped I even (got in line) and they dismissed me as if they were working on my order. I overheard employee complaining about how online orders punish the people in-store BUT I felt punished as I wasn’t even assisted in order of customers arriving . Overall a frustrating experience I have spent almost 30 mins in the store and am also super disappointed in the under armour booty shorts being completely inappropriate work attire, professionalism 0.

They refused to honor a subway coupon that's supposed to apply to them. Pretty annoyed. The workers seemed super casual and inexperienced. They were very dismissive
