Amazing Burgers. I had the Poblano; the meat is amazing, cooked perfectly with a nice crisp on the edges adding to the texture and the flavor. Buns are spot on, accoutrements are perfect. The fries, my goodness, I don’t know what the secret oil is they’re cooking with, but you can’t stop eating them; salted to perfection. Great stop after a long day of fishing on the Missouri River. It is definitley the best locally raised beef burger with fresh baked buns from Great Harvest Bread in Great Falls. The Poblano Burger is my favorite!But don't forget to go inside onsite to Craig Taphouse and pair your burger with some local, delicious beer!
