“Chef Michael is one of the best chefs in Western montana. His Friday and Saturday night Chef menue is amazing with portion size and flavor of all the dishes top notch. The fish specials are always fresh and the steaks are thick. Now that they have breakfast be sure and take the drive not only for a nice dinner, but skip the standard overpriced breakfast places in the Bitterroot. If you want to ruin a good piece of meet by ordering it well done, you will be run out of town.“
