“I love this place. The owners are very kind and the staff is always friendly. It definitely has a warm neighborhood restaurant feel. I have enjoyed every meal I have eaten here too. Come May the outdoor dining will be perfect. Plus it's a good break from downtown. Across the board The Patio at Rattlesnake Market is a winner for me.“
“Fantastic experience. Picked the place because the name is great. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the preparation and ingredients for allergy info. The food was amazing. Especially liked the burnt ends and baked beans.“
“We booked the upstairs dining room for 40 people to celebrate my daughter's graduation and wedding. The restaurant was amazing, food was amazing, and the wait staff were all so wonderful and accommodating. Thank you for a great experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!“
“Everything was PERFECT! We were a party of four and all of us ordered the BBQ Chicken Strip Special. We substitute the fries for the loaded baked potato it cost 1.99 more but it was well worth it. Our family eats here once a month . We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“
“Out of all the breakfast places in Missoula, this is by far our favorite! I always get the Farmers omelet and my husband usually gets the special. I’m really picky about breakfast sausage and I really like the kind they use! Every time we’ve eaten here our food comes out fast! No matter if they are busy or not. We recently tried their lunch and it didn’t disappoint! Happy returning customers!“
“We stumbled across this place when we arrived in Missoula after a long drive looking for late night food, I thought we would be stuck with fast food, but we found Plonk and they were serving late night happy hour food. It was not only delicious but very reasonably priced, especially for the quality. The staff, from the servers to the bartenders to the person refilling water were all very friendly and went above and beyond, the food was very flavorful, colorful and upscale. Everything was fantastic but the charcuterie board was the best thing we ordered. The drinks were very creative and also delicious. We really lucked out with this find, would definitely recommend!“
“We came here on the recommendation of a friend and are so glad we did!The fish tacos are probably the best in Missoula. Fresh, good flavors and large portions. The happy hour mac & cheese is to die for. Again probably the best in town. Super creamy and full of flavor with some nice crunchy bread crumbs on top. The beef sliders were also very good. Our server, Tom, was friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely be back!“
“I greatly enjoyed my experience at the Stave & Hoop Speakeasy. I had a wonderful time and had some wonderful drinks and delicious food. Overall, this is a great place to catch up with friends or to have a more relaxing drinking experience. Would recommend!“
“The food was absolutely delicious as always. I ordered the full dinner with a side of garlic toast and it was sooooo good. Better than the food though was the awesome lady who waited on me. This beautiful lady with rainbow colored hair was so friendly and kind that I hope she's there every time I pick up supper at Double Front!“
“Talk about yum!!!! ? ? ? It was fun having a southern flavor fest over here in the west! You really should try this place out. The menu actually sounded so good with its descriptions that it was hard for me to choose. The southern flare was a hit with me, and I felt like it could have given the chefs in the South a run for their money. I had the chicken and waffles, which were off the hook good. The chicken, in fact, was a stand-alone flavor and didn't need anything on it, but when I added the house made syrup...BAM!! my taste buds went berzerk. The syrup had a spicy kick to it. NICE!Our waiter Ben had the whole floor and I could see everyone there was well tended. He was great great, with good suggestions on food, hours of busyness, and best time to visit there and hear some live music. He said their breakfast is amazing, so I'm going to go back for that, but the place is small, so he said you should call ahead because it gets packed. I'm thinking of course because the food is really good here. I want to try the shrimp and grits next time.Oh, and I ordered rice and beans to take home because they are his Grandma's recipe. They were better than some I've had in New Orleans, South Carolina and Tennessee! They came with jalapeño cornbread too, and homemade whipped honey butter!!! Uggggg my mouth is watering again, just talking about this. This place is gooood. I would give it 6 ?!“
“This place has the best shrimp Poboy, outside of New Orleans. The shrimp is so plump and juicy and fry to a nice golden brown and put on a soft delicious roll with remoulade sauce. Oh, it's the best thing in the world and it's at such a great price.“
“Flippers is the go to place. It’s open and spacious, pool table tucked away…the food is outstanding…dont take my word for it….try the mac n cheese bites….ahmazing!!!! And let’s not leave out the employees! Timmy is the best!!! And can he sing! This little diamond has karaoke 3x’s a week and a small casino if you are into that. Food, service and drinks are top notch!“
“One of my top places to get lunch at in town. Recommend to anyone who wants to be impressed by the blending of flavors and textures in their food. Don't need to be vegan to be wowed by their vegetarian and vegan menu options either. Love to go here for a date. No photos, got gobbled up.“
“Fun place with a cool old pub atmosphere. Definitely coming back to watch a concert here.Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian main course items on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Looks like kids are welcome to eat here up until 8-9pm or so but shows are 21+.“
“The Ranch Club has been a friend of the cycling community for the last 10 years. Nick and his crew have opened their arms to us. They treat us like family and provide amazing customer service. I can't recommend the Ranch Club enough.“
“The food here especially the elk burger is absolutely to die for! The prices are a bit high but absolutely worth it!! Thry charge to split a meal so I'd suggest just asking for a knife to cut it yourself one burger is definitely enough for 2. I eat like a bird though and my husband could take down everything so it wouldn't hurt to buy 2 and take your half home so your hubby can enjoy all the delicious amazingness of the elk burger ♡ they also have bison! Yummy!“
“The Ranch Club has been a friend of the cycling community for the last 10 years. Nick and his crew have opened their arms to us. They treat us like family and provide amazing customer service. I can't recommend the Ranch Club enough.“
“Magical experience! We saved Pangea for a special birthday dinner to experience the 1st time. It did not disappoint. The entire meal was more of a culinary event than a dinner. The greeting and service were superb. Each of the small plates we sampled, including the specials were outstanding and masterfully presented (Crab salad, Crispy pork belly, steak tartare, Brussels sprouts). Lovely crème brûlée was served afterwards. The Japanese white Manhattan from the bar was luscious as well. When we left, we felt as if we were leaving an amazing symphony. Complements to the entire staff! 6 Stars - Best in Missoula.“
“If you haven't tried James Bar yet you must! The vibes in this restaurant are immaculate, the food is super good as well. Just all around a great place to take anyone for dinner or lunch. They also have an outdoor area which is perfect when the weather is good. Also the music in this place is a 10/10.“
“I love this place and I am so glad it landed in Missoula. Every single item on the menu is delicious. There are great options for various dietary restrictions. I love taking visitors here for lunch or breakfast because I know they will find something and love it. Oh yeah, and it’s true- the breakfast burritos are to die for.“
“It was a quiet night and a very pleasant experience. Everything was prepared with care and intelligence and the service was attentive but not too much so. We were able to relax and savor the food and drinks without any sense of pressure. A happy choice and definitely one we'll make again.“
“Great place for pizza! Outstanding service! Perfect atmosphere. The service has always been amazing in my experience. I can walk in and most servers will tell me what I am going to order for drinks, pizza and/or desert, because I go there often. The waiters/waitresses are exceptionally friendly and value your business. You are treated well every time in my opinion. Great place to watch football! There is outdoor / patio seating during the warm seasons, a family section and a sports bar section. I genuinely believe that the waiters/waitresses are what brings me back. Very good staff. Far better pizza than the competition. Amazing!!Parking: There has never been a problem with parking for me. Even when it has been busy, I never had a problem finding a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: I watch two kids come in with their parents and one little girl went over to the charging station and got two "Ipads?" or portable gaming devices. One for her and one for her sister. These girls stayed busy until dinner arrived. I asked about the devices and the waitress told me that they are for kids to play on until the food arrives. I thought that was super cool!“
“We've been to Texas Roadhouse twice and both times the food and service has been great. The food came out hot and my steak was perfect. We recently visited a high end restaurant in Missoula that is know for their expensive steaks, only to be disappointed by the overcooked steak that was tough and had no flavor. If you're looking for a quiet place to go, this isn't it. The ambiance is loud but fun.“
“Service was great . Very nice and caring waitress. Fish was not their expertise I guess . Considering cooked on the cedar block , Salmon was very dry. Sides were too small . My mash potatoes didn’t have any red skin and they served more sour cream than the mash potato itself . Burnt ends and bread pudding were excellent. Shrimp was ok . All sauces were up to the standard.“
“I had one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had at this place today. It was amazing. $9 for a breakfast burrito seems kinda high, but this isn't a low quality gas station burrito and it's enough to fill you up. It's THE burrito you want. Everyone I've met at this location is super nice and super cool. I'll be getting a burrito here every Wednesday morning from now on. The store is really clean and neat and they stock a lot of popular/specialty wines, beers and brewery varieties.“
“One of Missoula's oldest casino's and legendary paying machines. The friendly staff treats everyone like family and you always feel welcome. Great food and perfect spot for watching the game or group party. My personal favorite place to play a five.“
“Only negative is I left my credit card there. Chatted a long time with the waitress and talked about how we were staying at the hotel next door. No one called over to let us know if left it and didn’t notice until I was 200 miles away the next day trying to buy gas! They would not send it to me, but cut it up. I own a business and our staff goes the extra mile on a daily basis making each situation a great experience. Expected more.Other than that, good food and service.“
“We had a retirement party at the Mullan Room. The Still Room catered the Taco Bar for the event. The food was fabulous! Dawson, the cook, did a fabulous job setting up and maintaining the buffet. We highly recommend this venue for meetings or other events. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. Thank you everyone!“
“Good wholesome fine dining in the heart of Missoula. The service was comically bad but I think she was new. I recommend going with the more exotic interesting dishes, the standard ones are very standard and probably not worth the price point.“
“The Montana Club is our favorite restaurant to go for special occasions and dinner after ballet class/recitals. They’re kid friendly, have a great atmosphere in the bar (also allows kiddos for dinner in the bar area), and wonderful about making accommodations. The atrium is another fun spot to sit. The main dining room has plenty of booths and tables that can be joined for groups. Their menu offers a variety of options. Pasta’s, salads, steaks, and seafood all turn out amazing. Their lobster fest is fun. It’s definitely worth the wait and money to attend lobster fest and get fresh lobster. They have the best ranch in town, too.“
“"Best service Ever!" That is what I told the smiling lady that handed me the delivery order that I was designated to pick up. THANK YOU! ?She saw me walk in and recognized myself as a 3rd party delivery driver. The respect that I was given when sooo many restaurants treat us like 3rd class citizens is Greatly appreciated! You literally made my day!!“
“Staying for a few days in Missoula and our hotel was right next to this pizza place. We purchased the ceasar salads which were really good and the smalls were good size. We also ordered a large half pepperoni half rancher with original crust. The toppings were fantastic and the crust was nice and chewy having some good crunch when you first give into it. The service was very friendly and on top of making sure we were good and the atmosphere was great as well, very relaxing“
“Montana Club, the ole standby…. Great service, excellent food and a nice environment. I’ll sup at Montana Club just about every time I’m in Missoula. That should tell you something cause I don’t often revisit restaurants. Also, I’m Local Guide Level 9, so my opinion is kind of a big deal.“
“Awesome service, Brenda is an amazing server and does such a wonderful job with how busy it is. Food was hot and delicious.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu that’s very reasonably priced and huge portions. Waitress was also very personable with my daughter.“
“This is not a place to take the kids for a nice meal. There are so few late night food options in Missoula, and the Ox is finally back up and running around the clock at full capacity. Great diner style menu with pre covid prices. The Oxford deserves an award for feeding and tolerating the late night crowd over the past century. Quintessential Missoula!“
“Love this place. Not quite a dive bit, also not upscale. Perfect laid back atmosphere. Sports on every TV. They make great drinks, bar tenders are observant, and they have great wings. Good prices. Definitely one of my go to's. Live poker games occasionally. Dart boards. Slots available for those that choose to partake. Great little location.“
“Applebees is a classic place to visit, with consistently amazing food and service! Our waitress this time was particularly awesome, attentive and kind. I had the burger, which was delicious, and my accomplice had the four cheese mac and cheese and chicken tenders. This was amazing as well! In general, consistent quality is a key upside of applebees.“
“was standing at counter for 10 mins.. then saw a waitress n she ignored me.. went back to kitchen after putting on mask, cook saw me n nothing… 6 people came in right after n then got seated.. and ignored.. finally more staff came on got my water n coffee.. was waitinv for someond to take my order when the staff member, that seated me was putting in the peoples orders that came behind me.. i mentioned j was one and was seated firsf.. her response was your not in my section.. i thought…?? then why sit me n ignored me…. glad food was good… left my waitress a tip.. she salvaged the time i was there.. i think i got my meal first.. but only after i mentioned it.. they must have had a meeting or change of staff… but was gruntled to say the least“
