“I love the burgers from Frugals especially the Hawaiian. However, the customer service I had from Johnathan S on Brooks was below satisfactory. I could not hear him on the speaker from the traffic. So I pulled up to the window to confirm my order. he was rude when I asked him to confirm it. then when I went to pull away he rolled his eyes at me. very unprofessional. My order was also not labeled correctly and not made correctly either. I will not be returning to that location.“

“Important note: I went during Zootown/Pride weekend. Huevos Rancheros sauce was BOMB. Very very tasty! Coffee...meh. Home fries, good. Kitchen was slow. Between sitting and eating was just under an hour. Ran out of pancakes too. They were not prepared for Zootown crowd numbers. Hopefully they are more prepared next year. The staff were really great, just coulda used more help in the kitchen maybe? Would for sure go back.“

Caesar salad is slightly overdressed, but high quality ingredients and certainly not skimping on the croutons or cheese. Chicken strips were good. Service was attentive and friendly. I truly do not understand how hard it is to buy bananas, stick a popsicle stick in them, freeze them, and keep a secret stash for me because at this point everyone knows I’m ordering six.

Some weekends they have them. Some weekends they look at me like I invented frozen fruit five minutes ago.

“Stopped by Wendy’s for lunch today with my girlfriend and honestly this is one of the better Wendy’s locations around.

She got the Chicken Ranch Asiago sandwich and I got a double with fries and a sweet tea. She also tried the new watermelon energy drink.

The Chicken Ranch Asiago was absolutely phenomenal. Crispy bacon, hot crispy chicken, and the bun was soft while still nicely toasted. Easily the standout item. The watermelon energy drink was also surprisingly great, and the girl at the counter with braids absolutely nailed making it. Seriously recommend trying one.

My double cheeseburger was about a 4/5. Only real complaint was the meat was a little on the dry side, but everything else was solid. Fresh crunchy vegetables and everything tasted fresh.

Fries were seasoned well and warm, though not quite as hot as I’d prefer.

Dining area was clean, well lit, and comfortable temperature-wise. Only tiny complaint would be the booth seats were a little lumpy, but honestly that’s minor feedback more than a real issue.

Overall, definitely one of my favorite Wendy’s locations in the franchise and we’ll absolutely be back.“

“Went with my dad to celebrate father's day early since he lives in Washington State. We met in Missoula for an event and had breakfast. The atmosphere was awesome and the French toast was super duper good and the service was amazing the server was extremely nice!“
