Just went through the drive-thru. But they were fast with our food and everything tasted great!

I was up charged over $10 for my order. I was giving ONE SINGULAR piece of cheesecake in my blizzard that I paid extra to have. I was charged for 2 large fries with a chicken strip basket (where fries are included) and was only given a regular portion of fries. When we said something to the assistant manager he said there was nothing to do about it. All of our food was cold. Will not be going here for awhile.

Came through the drive thru and was very disappointed to see a woman in a blue shirt cashiering while on a video call with someone else. I had to wait for 6 minutes to be checked out at the window because one worker was stuck taking orders, and the woman in the blue shirt was too busy talking to whoever to cash me out. Everyone else was doing an amazing job, I hope to revisit again and have a more positive experience. Hopefully this unprofessionalism does not happen again.

Average fast-food and nothing like DQ used to be a couple of decades ago. As with most fast food joints these days, the service is subpar. And for the record we did not appreciate one of the female employees reading us the riot act because we apparently took more than the allowed amount of napkins for our order. She was too concerned with the number of napkins we had at our table rather than making sure our order was correct and satisfactory. We didn't know there was a posted allotment or ratio of burgers to napkins.

Today was a much better visit than a few weeks ago when we visited. Could use a little more conversation with staff about friendliness and customer service. Cleaning looked done today versus what we saw last time also.

Their slushy machine has not worked for over a year!!!!

Super rude! They were very disrespectful not accommodating and didn’t get our order right. They were mad at us for asking politely for the rest of our food that we did not receive

Food is fine if they actually gave it to you… we sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and they almost forgot our order and when we asked for our order the drive thru person got mad at us like it’s our fault. Don’t eat here instead eat at McDonald’s

Please start prioritizing DoorDash drivers. I was informed by staff that in case the line gets busy, a driver like myself would wait by the 2 computer pos systems and someone would acknowledge me. We have pickup times in the order it was placed. I waited long enough until customers enter after me- still ignored. I unassigned without being affected.

This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been in. It took 15 minutes to get the hot fudge sundae that was made incorrectly and another 10 minutes to get it done right. When I commented it had taken a long time instead of apologizing for screwing it up the first time the employee got snotty and said well we’re busy. I will never be back here again.
