“My husband and I took a trip to Bannack and received a glowing recommendation from the ranger on site to visit this place. From the moment of walking in the building, we felt so welcomed! Matt and Nicki were so accommodating and hospitable. I had an amazing 10oz NY strip and we loved it so much we decided to camp out in the back in our van and go to dinner the following night. Do yourself a favor and stop in!”
“My husband and I go here once every month or two and the food is generally good. There was a time our food was lukewarm but they corrected it. As usual the steaks were good tonight however the soup was disappointing and our server was terrible. She mixed up my husband and my drinks. I had to ask for our soup and our dinner came 5 minutes later. Not only that but she took my empty plate but didn’t ask if I wanted more to drink when the empty glass was sitting by the plate. Not only that but she ignored it two more times when she came to the table. This is the first time we’ve had bad service there.”
“Wonderful yummy tacos & smiling service. I ordered the 3 tacos with pork al pastor and rice to go. They were very tasty and authentic flavor with fresh lime, radish slices and various different salsa options. I would come back again.”
“Amazing Tacos and just off the highway. One of the best places to get simple Mexican food in Montana. They are very fast as well. If you are traveling through always worth a stop!Parking: Gravel lot on site have always found space.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid options and again fast and has a picnic area outside as well. It is a bus and most kids get a kick out of a restaurant being in a bus.”
“TACO SALAD!!! That is all I have to say... I guess it is also great as a pizza. OR maybe the BLT on the homemade hoagie bun. Oh, and the pork chop sandwich. Well, I guess I can't list the whole menu here, you will just have to try it for yourself. They are very family friendly with some kid "arcade" games along the wall.I enjoy sitting at the bar. They have a full liquor license. Locally owned and operated for decades!”
“This place was magical. The beer was very good and the Great Harvest CO stopped by and gave us a huge loaf of fresh bread and some cookies. Another time we crashed a Halloween party and had a great time all while enjoying a small town brewery.”
“We loved this place. Just a little, quaint yet friendly coffee shop serving yummy sandwiches. The staff was courteous and friendly and the food was delicious. What we loved most was the peace and calm we felt while we were there. A great place to stop if you're driving by Dillon.”
“What a perfect little surprise. Best street tacos we've ever eaten!! Great portions. Cute little dining atmosphere. If we're in the area again we'll be back!!”
“I had an awesome time talking with The owner and a few locals. The place was hopping. Food fantastic. Beer cold, just the way I like it. Just go there sit back and let the good times roll. They will. Don’t go there expecting a lot and that’s just what you will get, a lot”
“We just had a great lunch at Salsas. My husband had Camarones a la Diabla. He said said they were superb. He is from Cali so he has a lot of experience. He said they were spicy and had lots of good flavor. I appreciated I could order the child size plate. I had good enchilada with rice and beans. Our waitress (the only one in the restaurant) was friendly and attentive. We will certainly be back the next time we are driving by on Interstate 15.”
“They don't disappoint. It is the place take all of my friends and family when they come to visit. We love sitting at the bar so we can harass the staff while we enjoy an adult beverage and our meal. Great food, EVEN BETTER staff with a cozy fun atmosphere.”
“Best Mexican food in Montana (and way beyond). Made like they care what you're eating, with fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. Highly recommend this place.”
“Quiet little spot in the basement of a bar. Great atmosphere .. lots of old energy. Long standing steakhouse .. in a very old, historic building.Excellent service. Food was served hot and fresh. Fresh salad. Hamburger buns are locally made from MT grain. Locally sourced beef.Definitely a must visit.”
“I’ve eaten at Papa T’s in Dillon several times and have never been disappointed. My most recent meal was a French Dip sandwich. The meat was tender, tasty, and abundant with a side of perfect french fries. There’s nothing fancy about the decor of Papa T’s, but the photos of high school sport teams are fun to look at and there are several game machines to amuse children.”
“Southside RV Park in Dillion, MT is a wonderful place to stay. The park is beautiful and well maintained. Full hookups at every site. Blacktail creek runs right through the property. The owners Janet and Tim, are amazing people. They can help you book a world class fly fishing trip or just give you some ideas about what to do in the quaint town of Dillion. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stay for a few nights or a few weeks. You won't regret it.”
