The service was friendly but very sparse, considering there were only a few customers besides our group there. We received no refills on any of our drinks, and one order of food was forgotten. This caused the rest of the group to be done eating by the time his order was finished. The food was mediocre at best and not the best value.
I think this is a place for older people because we believe in mashed potatoes and gravy and lots of meat and not like the young kids today that are in the health craze ! I was looking for a plain old downtown cafe for breakfast in Dillon. This is as close as I could get. The biscuits and gravy were OK, the service was OK. It’s also a “casino,” with a corner of the room full of gambling machines; disgusting. You’ll also be subject to Fox News; thankfully you can’t hear it.
