We were disappointed with the meal here. We started with the guacamole since they don’t serve chips and salsa gratis as is usual. It was just chopped avocado with cilantro, onion and tomato. It had no real flavor and we are not fans of the chopped avocado, especially when the avocados like this are unripe so they’re difficult to eat. We we tried using a fork to smash them up to make it easier to eat, but they were too unripe for that. Chips are the thick, break your teeth kind. Not our style. The salsa was very hot and I usually like spicy hot salsa, but this was pretty much just hot without the flavor behind.
Chicken burrito and quesa birria.
The chicken burrito special was a very soupy plate of food, although the flavor was good.
Birria quesadilla was tasty, but pretty greasy.
The waitress was nice.

Ok, so there are similarities here to that of So Cal Mexican food. We had the very good special “two chicken enchiladas, two carne asada tacos” with terrific beans and tasty rice. Even came with a small bag of chips but a weak salsa.
We came. We saw. We ate.

Everything was soupy. Pork was hard and dry even though it was set in a soupy sauce. Queso and salsa were liquid. 50$ and basically took 4 bites because we were hungry. Tossed the rest. Menu had a price but when I saw the server writing it down every thing was 3 dollars more. I asked about it and was told that they hadn't adjusted the menu which im pretty shure is illegal without warning

Drove through Dillon for the night and thought we would try a local Mexican Food restaurant. I got the Chile Verde. Pork was dry and chewy, sauce was watery. Took 2 bites and threw the rest out. The queso was also very watery and tasteless.
Los Koritas was wonderful! As a vegetarian, I appreciated the variety of fresh veggies used in the enchiladas. Often when you skip the meat there is not much left but cheese, but at Los Koritas there were delicious veggies in the enchiladas as well as on the side. The sauces were tasty too. My daughter had chicken tamales which were fresh and very yummy. Great service, and a nice little restaurant that is a great part of Dillon, MT.
