This is NOT a Mexican restaurant. Meat was cold. Tortillas were raw. No rice, beans, carne asada. Odd spice covering tortilla chips. Server was nice but not around for most of meal, so never had the opportunity to request a water refill. No physical menu.

Ate at Serrano's last evening and the food was delicious! 5 Stars from our table and we will be back soon. We have family from Indiana who come to visit every year and they always want to eat at Serrano's before they leave. Our server Nora was exceptional and very attentive.

My wife stopped in to pick-up some Chips and Guacamole after us hiking all day at Glacier National Park. The Guacamole and chips were very good, but extremely over priced for the small amount of Guacamole you receive, not to mention the hostess didn't mention anything about a $3.00 take out charge for all orders being picked up, as thats what she was told when she went back in and asked why so much and if the small size Guacamole was correct, and was told yes. Avocados aren't that expensive at the super markets around here as we get them all the time, we were just tired and ready for a road snack. Chips were awesome and flavorful and ate them by themselves after we ran out of Guacamole in like 3 mins. $15.00 wasn't worth the stop, but $8.00 would have been. Maybe increase the size or decrease the price. Love the chip seasoning though 👌.

Definitely gone down in quality since last year. We split the chili rellanos dish. It was fantastic last year. This year, smaller portion, rellanos flat and not tasty at all. And the chips are sprinkled with some disgusting hot spice that just ruins the natural flavor of the corn chips. Key lime pie was good.

Coming from Germany, our experience with Mexican food is limited, so I can't talk about authenticity. But I can talk about taste. And the taste of our food was excellent.
We had the chips and salsa to start — simple, but the salsa had a real depth to it, smoky and just spicy enough. Paired with a De La Calle Mandarin Tepache, which I'd never tried before and will desperately miss back home.
For mains, we ordered the Chile Relleno and two sizzling skillets — one Carne Asada, one grilled chicken. The Chile Relleno was the star of the evening: a beautifully battered, puffed-up poblano on a creamy sauce, topped with pico de gallo, pickled red onions and crumbled cotija. Every element earned its place on the plate. The skillets arrived properly sizzling on cast iron, loaded with elote, roasted peppers and onions, crispy home fries and sour cream. The carne asada had excellent char and seasoning; the chicken was juicy and well-spiced throughout.
The setting adds to the experience — a rustic log cabin with dried chili ristras hanging from the porch, right at the entrance to Glacier National Park. It's the kind of place you stumble upon and feel lucky to have found. Highly recommended.

Mediocre, but it is what it is for the area. Asked for water and was brought out a bottle of still water.... for $7. Server didn't even give us the option for regular glasses of water for no charge. Food was OK.

Coming from Southern California, I'm pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food. I'd even consider myself a bit of a nacho snob. Why waste the calories on chips and cheese if they're not absolutely worth it?

These nachos delivered. What I loved was that they didn't just use melted cheese on top—they also had a rich cheese sauce throughout, so every bite was packed with flavor.

As good as the food was, the service may have been even better. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, engaging, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. They were also hosting a fun trivia night, which gives us a great excuse to come back.

After a long day at the park on our way back to Kalispell, this was such a treat. If you're a Mexican food connoisseur, or just appreciate great nachos, I can confidently say you won't regret stopping in.

Katie who is a mom and a school teacher was the driving force behind our special experience. She's the reason we'll be back!

This was probably the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life. They’re hot sauce just taste like straight up vinegar and the Beria tacos were pretty much flavorless overpriced not good.

We had the queso, burrito and Huckleberry margaritas and everything was spectacular. I wish had one of these restaurants by me so I could eat there regularly

Such a great little gem of a restaurant! Stopped on the way through from Glacier and placed a to go order for dinner. Had a marg and chips and salsa while we waited for our food. Marg was great, chips and salsa were delicious, and our food came out very quickly! I had the shrimp plate, my husband had the chile puerco, and we got the huckleberry carrot cake and Mexican chocolate cake for dessert. Both entrees were delicious, and definitely don’t skip dessert! The huckleberry carrot cake was such a fun and delicious option! Our waitress was wonderful as well. Definitely stop if you’re traveling through East Glacier Park!

NEVER again. First of all the owner straight up lied in their response to a review about how the water options are: sparkling, still, and tap. My party was given the 2 options of sparkling and still. We specifically told the waitress who just so happens to be the owner’s daughter that we didn’t want either. We want regular TAP water. I mean at the Glacier… the local water was what we wanted. When she returned, she placed a blue glass bottle of water on the table which declined. I told her that I wasn’t getting that we wanted tapwater. And she told me that they didn’t serve tapwater, they only have “bottle service “. She absolutely refused to give us water and And charged us seven dollars for the bottle. That bottle of “still water” literally filled up our three glasses about halfway at best. When the owner claims that this is a 30 year family- run business, that’s another deception. This restaurant used to be top-notch. But since Family purchased the business around (2019) they’ve driven it into the ground. They do not want anything to go to waste and will stretch the quality of the meat, to the point that we were served rotten meat! We were appalled and tried to address the situation quietly And then the next thing you know, the older daughter starts talking terrible things loudly with other customers against those at our table. It was the most appalling experience we have ever had. Without eating the food, we offered to pay half the bill and it just escalated from there. If you look at the responses to the less than flattering comments, you will see a pattern that that owners can do no wrong.
After the experience that we had, we went on Google and checked the reviews. Sure enough the ones that were bad were ACCURATE. Just to show you that whenever there’s a genuine review, this Serranos place literally just goes in there and fakes positive reviews and cross what they think are clever response responses. Yuck.

When I go out with my family, I expect to have a decent meal and be treated with respect. This was certainly an experience I will never forget. My party was there for a celebration and it just turned into a nightmare. The food was rancid And we couldn’t even get tap water! I also noticed that the waitress didn’t bring any chips and salsa to our table. I have no idea what that was about but we were there to celebrate a graduation. We didn’t ask to be treated like this. We were out for a casual evening celebration. We hadn’t gone to Serranos in years, It used to be decent. This was something I regret. Never again.

I am sure this order will create a snarky response because they always want to have the last word, but the reality is when you look at reviews, and experience it for yourself, you can’t say we didn’t warn you.
